What are the hazards of illegal parking on sidewalks?

Because of the particularity of blind bricks, blind people can better grasp the direction when walking in blind roads. However, when some drivers park their motor vehicles on the sidewalk intentionally or unintentionally, they are likely to occupy the blind road, which will bring more troubles to the inconvenient life of the blind, set greater obstacles for their travel and bury great hidden dangers for their safety.
Fourth, affect the image of the city. The illegal vehicles parked on the sidewalk will not only lead to the chaos of urban traffic order, but also affect the improvement of urban road traffic environment and destroy the good image of the city.

In order to reduce illegal parking on sidewalks, many hard isolation facilities such as stone piers and columns are set at the edge and entrance of sidewalks. Article 93 of the Road Traffic Safety Law stipulates that anyone who violates the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking may point out the illegal act, give a verbal warning and order him to leave immediately.
If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, thus obstructing the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not charge the parties the trailer fee, and shall inform the parties of the parking place in time.
