(2) Arm Vibrations. Stretch your arms flat forward and bend them slightly inward. Contract and relax the forearm muscles, triceps and biceps, contracting on the beat and relaxing off the beat. There are four beats to a bar of Madcap music, contract your muscles to make a vibration on each beat and relax your muscles between each vibration. Do vibrations like this for at least a quarter of the length of the song, then double the rate of doing vibrations (eight in a bar) until the end of the song, practicing on replaying the song. Add Fresno at the same time as practicing such vibrations.
(3) Leg vibrations. Play the next song, and while doing the arm Fresno, add a leg movement on the same side, jerking the knee of the leg backward vigorously, feeling like you're trying to expand the limb. Alternate doing this on both sides, doing four beats a measure until you have mastered the basics of accomplishing leg vibrations with a noticeable movement, and if you have aura, the movement can be accomplished without jerking the knee too hard. Do the knee vibrations at a doubled rate (do eight in a bar) and then do a second jerk of each knee at the doubled rate. Do only knee shakes for the entire song, then stretch your legs.
(4) Chest and neck vibrations. You'll be incredibly surprised by this style of vibration, but it's a vibration that's both infectious. Basically, such a vibration is contracting and relaxing the muscles of the neck and chest. In order to get a better chest vibration, you should practice more push-ups. Now play the third song while scaling the neck and chest muscles. To get a better neck vibration, you can move your neck forward slightly in each beat, kind of toward the way chicks do when they walk, but very slightly. For the Moon Chest Shock, you can occasionally jerk your shoulders forward a little bit to dimple your chest. But the most important method of chest vibration is to breathe, inhaling when contracting to contract the abdomen, exhaling when relaxing to expand the abdomen, and each time the chest proposes to rise, it is on the same beat as when the muscles are most tense. Use the whole song to practice chest vibration, at first a beat of four, then a beat of eight, after the song to relax.
