After this beating, Hyun-woo promises Ying-Connie that he won't leave her again, and Ying-Connie's father agrees to let Hyun-woo stay.
Episode 6
YingConnie's father was hospitalized for his injuries, but was accidentally found to have lung cancer, and had only one month to live at most. One day, while taking photos for a client, Hyun-woo is troubled by the fragmented memories that come to his mind. Hyun-woo decides to fulfill the wish of Yeong-chee's father, who wants to see Hyun-woo and Yeong-chee get married before he dies. On the night of the wedding, Ying Candy's father passed away peacefully.
Episode 7
Taemin sends the credit reporters to take away Hyun Woo, who is still alive. Hyun Woo gets into a car accident while being chased by the credit reporters, and regains his memories, but forgets all about the past year. When Hyun-woo returns home to Seoul, Soo-jin doesn't want to lose Hyun-woo again, so she hides the necklace with his vows to Candy Yeong.
