Introduction of Latin dance
The Royal Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD), in Africa and Latin America, some countries in the standardization of folk dance and processed in 1960 developed a series of standards for Latin dance, Latin dance has five kinds of dance: rumba, cha-cha-cha, samba, cowboys, bullfighting. Cowboy Dance (Jive): J indicates. The melody is cheerful, strong jumping, the rhythm is 4/4 beat, 42 to 44 bars per minute, six beat jump eight steps. Requirements for the feet on the ground, waist and hips for pendulum swing. Characterized by agile steps, jumping, easy, enthusiastic, cheerful dance posture, the dancer's legs are elastic, and the overall feeling should be light and swinging. The dance performance is cheerful and playful, and the expression can be more exaggerated and witty, as if two calves are forgetting to chase and play. Cowboy dance originated in the United States embodies the American western cowboy robust, romantic, bold style.
