Nearing half a century old and about to enter retirement, I would like to think of an ideal retirement life.
Early in the morning, sleep a natural awakening, stretch a few lazy waist, massage the lower part of the first to go to soak in boiling water, and then prepare some pot of rice or noodles to prepare, while going to do personal hygiene cleaning.
By the way and then fry an egg, get some small dishes, breakfast is complete.
Change to a pair of loose shoes, to the park or supermarket, the road close to the walk, the road far away from the bicycle, the park to stroll - an hour, the supermarket or grocery store shopping for another hour, to hit the road back home.
Simple preparation for lunch, after lunch rest - hours, nap can not be missing.
After the nap, put on some relaxing music, or listen to a book, - while cleaning and organizing the room. After finishing work, make a cup of tea, or brush the headlines, or watch a video, or read a book, or make some excerpts, or practice writing, or do some knitting.
Cook a nice dinner to treat yourself and your family.
In the evening, go for a walk on the neighborhood boulevard or go to the square and dance along.
Get home at 8:30 p.m., take a bath, soak my feet, do my personal hygiene, then, go to bed, read for another hour, and turn off the light and go to bed at 10 p.m. or so.
Retired, you can live a slower pace of life and not have to rush to work.
If you are afraid of having too much free time, go to a senior university to recharge your batteries, two or three courses a week. It's a great way to spend your time, but it's also a great way to get your lunch.
This is my imaginary retirement life, but the specifics of how, and to wait for my retirement to say.
