1, the antechamber
Jubao Hall is the smallest of the thirteen halls in Huanglong Cave, with an area of about 6,000 square meters. Dimly lit and opposite the stalagmite clusters is the Dragon Theater, which is said to be the place where the Dragon King dances. Every year on this day, the Dragon King holds a grand ball here, with an ornate box on the cliff next to it. It is said that the Dragon King's youngest daughter and her sweetheart go on a date there.
2. Ringshui River
A Yin River on the second floor of Huanglong Cave. The whole length of the Ringshui River is 2,820 meters. It takes about 8 minutes to visit a part of it 800 meters. The average depth of the river is 6 meters, the deepest 12 meters, and the water temperature is kept at 16. It is an ideal environment for the salamanders, a national key protected animal. Along the Rattleshower River, there are many wonders in the cave, such as the golden helmet of the Dragon King, floating shells, conchs blowing into the sky, the Submerged Dragon Gorge, the Tea Fragrance Terrace and the Tianxian Bridge.
3, High Slope of Huangtu
Tianxian Palace is the widest hall in Huanglong Cave. It is 96 meters wide from north to south and 105 meters long from east to west. On the right side there is a huge stone waterfall complex, 62 meters wide from north to south and 105 meters wide from east to west, with a drop of 40 meters. It is the largest stone waterfall group among the tourist caves developed in China so far. In cave science, we call it "bottom flow stone", which is the secondary calcium carbonate deposit formed during the flow of sheet water from the top to the bottom of the cave. Because the roof of the cave is thin and the water has a high content of mud, the color of Yanagishi Waterfall is yellow. This is why it is named "Yellow Earth High Slope".
4, Huaguo Mountain
Guo Hua scenic area is the temple of Huanglong Cave small water droplets well developed. Stone drops are made of a saturated solution of calcium carbonate precipitated from the top of the cave in the process of dropping, in which stalactites growing downward from the top of the cave and stalagmites growing upward from the bottom of the cave are called stalagmites. Stalagmites, stalactites and stalagmites are collectively called stalactites.
5, the sea needle
In the Dragon Palace, there is a tall and thin stalagmite, is the "sea needle". Its shape is very strange. Up to 19.2 meters high, two thick middle thin, the thinnest place is only 10 centimeters in diameter. "Growing on a collapsed slope, it is the tallest stalagmite in Huanglong Cave. Cavers estimate that it would take at least 200,000 years to grow to this height. The upper end of the "Sea God Needle" is 6 meters from the top of the cave, and water is still dripping from the top. It is still in the process of growing and developing. It is expected to take 60,000 years to "stand on the top of the sky". As the iconic scenic spot of Huanglong Cave, in order to express the value of the "Sea God's Needle" and enhance people's awareness of protection, Huanglong Cave Scenic Spot purchased 100 million yuan of insurance from an insurance company on April 18, 1998, which is a precedent for purchasing insurance for resource assets in the world.
6, maze
The maze is divided into the Dragon Palace, Crystal Palace, Qin Shi, Tianxian Water, Ringshui River, maze and other tourist routes. It is the essence of the maze Huanglong Cave, covering an area of about 1600 square meters. The "Dragon King's Throne" is located in the center, surrounded by thousands of stone pillars and stalagmites. In addition, there are sound stones in the cave. The waterfall in the cave is more than 50 meters high. It is not common to see water and mountains in the cave, especially in the cave, which is not common in karst caves in China.
7, Huanglong Cave Ecological Plaza
Huanglong Cave Ecological Plaza is located at the entrance of Huanglong Cave Scenic Spot, covering an area of 138 acres, with a total investment of 200 million yuan. It is designed by the dean of the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture of Peking University and Harvard University professor Yu. The ecological square is planted with nearly 1,600 trees and shrubs, and the turf and greening project covers nearly 30,000 square meters, accounting for 61% of the total area of the square. Farmland of nearly 20,000 square meters, concentrated in the southeast of the square, rice, corn, a variety of fruits and vegetables and farmhouse, poultry, peace doves into one.
