How to do the basic steps of Ghost Walking Dance

These are running, side sliding, pointing and spinning.

Running:

1. The moment you lift your thigh to the highest point while running, your foot will be hooked behind the supporting leg.

2. When you lift your leg while running, if the curve your foot crosses is a straight line that slopes upward or a concave curve that goes downward, you won't be hooked; if the curve your foot crosses is a convex curve that goes upward, you'll be hooked.

Side Slide:

1. You should move the same distance forward and backward in both steps.

2. The angle to the ground when the foot is behind should be equal to the angle this foot makes with the ground when placed in front. The knee's should be mentioned at the same height in both steps.

Pointing to the ground:

Lift one foot first, usually the left foot first. The foot should be lifted a little higher, at first this is easy to find the feeling. When you become more skillful, you can decide how high to lift your foot according to the drum beat of the music.

Rotation:

Rotate in one direction, and when you get used to it, suddenly rotate in a different direction, you will feel dizzy and lightheaded, and keep practicing like this until the dizziness is not so serious.
