Siyang County is the seat of the capital city of Sishui State in the Western Han Dynasty. It was the capital of the Sishui State in the Western Han Dynasty. It was Taoyuan County in Yuan Dynasty, then Taoyuan County in Ming Dynasty, and was under the jurisdiction of Huai'an Prefecture. It was renamed Siyang in 1914 because it was renamed Taoyuan County in Hunan Province, after the sun of Sishui.
