He Lyqin, a senior at Xiaozhen High School in Zhejiang province, did not get the last English test paper in his life after all. His life was fixed at 19:11 on March 13, 2014, Thursday, 86 days before the 2014 college entrance exam.
Ten minutes before the incident, an English evening study session was underway in classroom 503, with the teacher in red writing answers on the blackboard and students nervously jotting down notes on their test papers. He Lyqin was like a different kind of person, with his head down, staring at a dictionary. Without warning, the 19-year-old farm boy suddenly erupted in strange laughter and leapt out of a fifth-floor classroom window.
The loud scream masked the muffled sound of a young body hitting the ground. A 1-minute, 10-second surveillance video captured the terrified senior class.
He Lyric Qin jumped from the building with vital signs, and was sent to the People's Hospital of Pingyang County, where he died after being rescued.
After the incident, an anonymous classmate texted He Lyqin's parents, saying that at the evening study session that night, while other students had practice papers, He Lyqin did not. The parents of the deceased believe that this may have something to do with his "sabotage" of a class in the presence of the leadership "observation class" the day before.
"I think the child was forced to die by the school." He Lyqin's father He Yezhi said, He Lyqin's self-esteem is very strong, "the day before the accident, the school left him alone in the office, something we do not know may have hurt his self-esteem."
Both the school and police denied such allegations. Police said the investigation found no teacher criticism, reprimands, corporal punishment or irritation such as arguments or fights among classmates.
Observing a class
He Yezhi, 48, last saw his only son the day before He Lyqin jumped off a building.At about 5 p.m. on March 12, 2014, at the request of his classroom teacher, Lin Churen, He Yezhi and his wife, Lin Chunya, went to Xiaozhen High School.
Located in Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Xiaozhen High School is a private school founded in 1995 and the only high school in Xiaojiang Town, using closed management. Heye, a farmer who came to the city, used to think that by sending his children here, they would have a bright future.
But it wasn't a good thing that he was invited by his teacher this time -- his son got into trouble and "messed up" a very important "observation lesson.
He didn't meet his son in the classroom, but was left alone in his teacher's office after math class that afternoon. He Yezhi said, "When we arrived at the school, all the other students were eating and only my child had not yet eaten."
He Yezhi still remembers that when he met his son, the first thing He Lyqin said was, "I don't want to stay at school, I want to go home and rest for two days."
If He Lyqin is able to settle down for the day, classroom teacher and math teacher Lin Churen will have accomplished something big with his 57 students -- Lin will represent the school in presenting a math lesson to experts from the Wenzhou Municipal Institute of Education and Teaching.
Nearing the end of this very important lesson, Mr. Lin put a math problem on the blackboard and asked for students to come to the podium to answer it.
Most of the students, including He Liqin, raised their hands. He Yezhi, who watched the surveillance video of the day's observation session, told reporters that He Lyqin also raised his hand, and that he was in the first row, "with his hand raised the highest." However, not waiting for Lin Churen teacher "point of view", sitting in the first row of the He Lyqin will take the initiative to the podium, pick up the chalk to answer up. After arriving at the school, it was past the time for the school cafeteria to eat. He Yezhi then took his child to a restaurant near the school to eat. He Yezhi bought a chicken leg for He Lyqin, but He Lyqin didn't eat it right away. "The child had to let me have the chicken leg at that time, and I didn't eat it. Only then did he eat it."
After the meal, He Lyqin changed his mind and wanted to stay in school. Near the time of parting, He Yezhi heard the last words his son said to him in this life: "I'm not being naughty, I want to learn well too."
"Toad Brother"
Xiao Zhen High School has more than 1,500 teachers and students, and has been awarded the honor of being a first-class private school in Zhejiang Province and a civilized school in Wenzhou City. Every day, students get up at 5:45 a.m., finish their daytime classes, have four more sessions of evening self-study, and go to bed at 10 p.m.
The jumping cloud still hangs over most of the teachers and students in the senior three (6) class. But the day or two before He Lyric Qin jumped was not without any signals. Pingyang County Bureau of Education investigators said in a media interview, the evening before the incident, when the students evening study, the class teacher found that He Lyqin did not enter the classroom as usual, he went to the campus to find him.

The statistics released by Xiaozhen High School on July 2, 2013, show that He Lyqin ranked 22nd out of 57 in his class, with better grades in language and English.

The village director said that the He family is poor, He Yezhi suffered a lot of pain, downhill after He Yezhi pedaled a tricycle, working in factories.
Many years ago, He Yezhi and his wife also moved to Aojiang town with the village's mountain people. He rented a house with his parents on Steep Lane 5 in Aojiang town, which his uncle bought for his mother.

He Yezhi said, He Lyqin is very understanding, never compete for food and clothing, Lin Chunya said many times to take him to buy clothes, were He Lyqin refused. He told Lin Chunya: "There is no need to spend so much money, I have uniforms to wear at school."
"We are not educated and never asked our children to come back with a diploma." He told reporters, usually and children do not communicate much, the child's inner thoughts he did not understand. He can provide to the child is only the cost of school. But how much tuition for a semester, how much living expenses per month, He Ye Ye also does not know.
On March 25, 2014, the reporter dialed the principal of Xiaozhen High School, the director of instruction, and the classroom teacher Lin Churen, who refused to be interviewed.
