Graduated from the People's Liberation Army Academy of Fine Arts in 1993, where he studied under Ms. Meng Ling, the famous voice professor, and successively studied with tenor Mr. Chao Haojian, a singer, and Ms. Qi Hong'en, a vocal professor;
In 1997, she joined the Cultural and Industrial Troupe of Xinjiang Military Region;
In 2000, she joined the Song and Dance Troupe of the General Government;
In 2003, she graduated from the Graduate School of the People's Liberation Army Academy of Fine Arts. She has been honored with the first, second and third class merit once each.
In recent years, Wang Hongwei has sung "Western Song", "Western Love Song", "Western Hymn", "Kashgar Woman", "Children Traveling for Thousands of Years", "Chinese Love", "Love of the Native Land", "Wind of the Nation", "The Old Country", "Tablet of Mouth", "Pamir Antelope", "Flowering Ga Miao", "Oh, the Second Sister", etc. He has also performed in the "Pamir Antelope", "Flowering Ga Miao", and "Oh, the Second Sister".
