1. Ballet hand position

This form is only required at the beginning of the program. This is because at that time the student is not yet able to consciously dominate and control his or her own movements, and thus the fingers tend to be tense. One hand

Two Hands

Five-position hand

Left hand does not move, right hand stays curved into an oval. Starting from the tips of the fingers slowly open to the side. Hands should be placed a little in front of the body, do not excessively open backward, play a role in the continuation of the shoulder line.

Six-position hand

The steps belonging to "walking phase" are front kick, back kick, side kick, trembling step, stuttering step, free step, etc. Most of these steps are not too strong, and the range of movement is not large, showing a steady, robust, generous, cheerful, simple, and bold style. There are also short steps and front kicking steps in the "Walking Phase", which show a funny, humorous, comical and witty mood, and give comfort to people's eyes and the beauty of playfulness. The walking step in "Walking Phase" is a kind of flowing step, which is different from the round step of Chinese classical dance, characterized by its loose knee step, slightly hooking the ankle, kicking back, and slightly controlling the knee at the same time, forming a dynamic step-by-step movement with "lining strength". "Stable phase" is called static movement in Yangge, this kind of movement is stable and playful, and it has a sense of dynamism that instantly transforms the external movement into internal rhythm, giving people a sense of beauty that is both stable and playful. Common dance movements are: single elbow, chest standing palm, double clasped hands and so on.

"Drum phase" is an important means of expressing the thoughts of the characters, different characters use different drums. Drum phase action by calling the drum, even the drum, turn over, drum phase composition, is a complex. There are "One Drum", "Two Drums", "Five Drums" and "Twelve Drums". The "five drums" are the most typical of the movement.
