Mou Xuanfu, born in April 1959 in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is a Chinese tenor singer, a national-level performer, and enjoys the State Council's special allowance.
Mou Xuanfu, a famous tenor singer of the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe, sings the song Good Omen Singing in the Mountains, an art song in the style of a mountain song, which was composed by the master of folk music, Rao Rongfa, with lyrics by Zheng Nan.
