At the beginning of the new year of 2019, my guqin teacher, the young guqin player Hu Jiuwen, moved the "Three Peaks Qin Garden" to Yihongyuan, and I experienced for the first time what it was like to play the guqin in the Dream of the Red Chamber.
Early Sunday morning, I entered from the south gate of the Grand View Garden, crossed a small bridge, and saw from afar the courtyard with a brightly colored sign "Yihongyuan," surrounded by several large willow trees.
I couldn't wait to enter the courtyard, I saw both sides of the veranda connected, the courtyard is lined with a few rocks, one side of the plantain, the other side of a Xifu begonias, and a few plum blossoms are red in color. The north room is a colorful carving fresh pattern partitions, hanging above a plaque, four big characters inscribed "Yi Hong fast green".
The backyard is full of roses, Baoxiang, Qinfang Stream merges here and flows out of the Grand View Garden, and there is a white stone bridge across the Qinfang Stream that leads to the other side of the river.
The scenery of the whole yard is really beautiful and mesmerizing. Even though it is winter, I can't help but imagine spring in my mind, and the courtyard will be filled with flowers, willows and greenery, extraordinarily beautiful.
No wonder Jia Baoyu wanted to describe this courtyard in his poem: "The deep courtyard is quiet for a long time, two by two. Green wax spring is still rolled, red makeup night sleep. By the railings hanging Jiang Jiang sleeves, leaning on the stone to protect the clear smoke. The master of the house should be able to understand the pity."
In a short while, Mr. Hu and the students arrived. Everyone's first day of lessons in the new piano room, the ancient flavor, beautiful environment, all make us feel particularly happy. The content of today's class was to review "Yangguan Sanjie" and "Wine Mania", we listened carefully to the teacher explaining the essentials while practicing playing the zither, a classical flavor, floating from the fingertips to the roof, winding around the beam.
The guqin, in ancient times, was regarded as a musical instrument for emperors and heavenly conversations. Now, the feeling of playing the zither in Jia Baoyu's Yihongyuan is just like the characters in the Red Mansion, creating some kind of link between the sounds and rhythms that bring a spiritual aura.
Ouyang Xiu, a writer of the Northern Song Dynasty, once said: "I have had the disease of worry, and can not be cured by living in idleness. Both the qin in the friend Sun Daozhi, by the Gong sound several quotes. Long and happy, do not know the disease in its body." From this, the benefits of learning the guqin can be glimpsed.
I looked out the window through the window pane, the red and green courtyard, unconsciously thoughts took me across, seemed to see the lively scene of the Red Mansion in the past ......
The beautiful sound of the zither, from time to time attracted visitors to the Yihongyuan, outside the window with interest in the stop and watch, and then pull my thoughts back to the The classroom.
After practicing the zither, teachers and students sit around the table, sipping a pot of good tea, *** talking about the Red Chamber, is a kind of elegant pleasure. My love for traditional culture has also been further sublimated in the Red Chamber culture. "Yihong fast green search is missing, the piano curls and dances." This poem by a qin friend is the most appropriate to describe the feeling at that time.
A young mother, holding a little girl, came over to inquire about learning the piano. There was a light in her eyes, and she could see a sense of anticipation and love. The charm of the guqin is attracting more and more people to join the group.
The Dutch sinologist Gao Ropei, on the feeling of learning the guqin, has a classic saying: "The collection of the qin is not necessarily good, the playing of music is not necessarily more, the hand should be in the heart, this is expensive."
It means that the zither does not have to be the best, and the tunes do not have to be played a lot, but when playing the zither, letting one's heart feel it is the most valuable. The beauty of it can only be appreciated by those who are in it, which is probably the joy of playing the zither.
