Jinan Times: This year, Zhangqiu put forward the goal of "accelerating the construction of a strong city of culture", what are the specific measures?

Liu Tiantong: We will build a high standard set of museums, exhibition halls, planning halls, libraries, mass art museums as one of the city's cultural and exposition center. The stadium, Lotus Square, Peach Blossom Hill Park and other open leisure venues for renovation and upgrading, so that the masses have more good places to go for leisure and entertainment. Increase support for rural cultural venues, will build 40 new rural cultural compounds, 6 rural community cultural centers, two street comprehensive cultural station and 20 cultural plazas.

Liu Tiantong: Zhangqiu City, Wen Bo Center project, the planning and construction of land is located in Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province, the central area of the new city of Mingshui, Jingshidong Road to the north, south of Fuqian Street, west of the Highway Bureau and the Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, east of Shuangshanxi Road and the water park echo, the geographic location is very good. The project proposes to build museums, libraries, mass art museums, exhibition halls, urban planning exhibition halls and commercial supporting facilities. The total land area of the cultural and exposition center is about 13.49 hectares, with a total construction area of about 135,000 square meters.

Through the detailed analysis of the relevant basic information and in-depth thinking, we extracted the form of Zhangqiu's Hundred Veins Spring, combined with the abstract generalization of the "spring" shape, as the design of the conception of the idea of the "dance of springs," the design of the proposed "dance of springs" as a theme. The main entrance is designed as a spring plaza, with a pool fountain and a stage in the center. The pedestrian street is lively, such as clouds and water, flying and dancing, the ground seems to have a hundred veins of spring, spring water from the vein hole, scattered "pearls". The monolithic buildings are inspired by the shape of the springs and are designed as springs of different shapes, conveying a more intuitive symbolic meaning. The layout of the plum blossom-shaped springs, the spreading roof, the water wave-shaped plaza, the bubble-shaped pool and the ripples of the lighted roof create the mood of the springs.
