Supplies:

1, Magic Pistol

Kuroha Kudou's favorite tool and weapon. Instead of bullets, the pistol shoots out magic cards (which fits his role as a magician). The force of the shot can be big or small, it can be spun or bent, and when it's big, it can cut through iron chains... (It's a bit more civilized than Conan's shoes, isn't it?) The Magic Pistol makes an appearance in "Magic Quickly", but disappears when it comes time to fight Conan. There is a gun, but the cards inside have been turned into...

2,Flashbangs

It seems that Kiddo's equipment is also being upgraded. The flashbangs, which never appeared in "Magic Quickly", are now appearing frequently in "Detective Conan". And all three times it appeared, Conan was at a disadvantage. However, Conan's technological reserves are sufficient to prevent him from falling into trouble next time.

3, gliding wings

Conan's skateboard is advanced, but KID's wings are also fascinating. Ignoring the hysteria of the police car, the lightweight triangular bracket held up a piece of silver wings, drew a beautiful arc, gradually disappeared in the dark ink color of the night. Flying, is not the dream of mankind? Calculated that the glider is not without disadvantages, a gliding depends on the wind, the wind is small, of course, can not fly up, the wind is too big will also be planted down (and the famous detective Hakuba detective fight that time is to suffer in the seven great wind). The second point is that the target is too obvious, in "Magic Quickly", the father's enemy knocked him off the glider, and in "Magician at the End of the Century", he was knocked off the glider along with the man... Frequency of appearance: almost every time, has become a big identity symbol of the Kiddo.

4, the wiretap

and Conan's construction is not different, but the medium carrying the wiretap is much more flexible - that is, a flock of pigeons. KID put the wiretap on the legs of the pigeons, and he himself receives it on the radio from afar. He also tapped a ship's radio in "The Magician at the End of the Century", so he must have had the tools to receive and translate electromagnetic waves.

5, anesthetics

Conan has a tranquilizer gun watch, but KID has a corresponding anesthetic. The anesthetic appears no less than three times in Magic Express, and seems to be used in Magician at the End of the Century. (Otherwise, why would Conan push the door and find all the police guarding the egg asleep?)

6, Theft Toolkit

As a thief, it's hard not to steal, not to mention that he's targeting valuable gems. How can you not have a full set of tools? Suction cups & diamond knife is very simple, with a diamond knife cut glass with a suction cup to suck the glass to cut down, to prevent it from breaking sound. The master key. There's no need to explain. And white gloves to hide your fingerprints, that's all you need for a burglary. However, after the success of the theft, we have to prevent the police from catching, so Kiddo must also prepare a...

7

The key to the glass is the key to the glass.

7, Hide and Seek Toolbox

I feel that this toolbox is too much, so I have to.... I'm not sure how much I'm going to be able to do with it.

The watch light

It's not the first time Conan used it, Conan used it to explore, and Kiddo used it to escape by emitting a strong light instantly.

Wall Walker

A small, directional "vehicle" that folds up next to the glider and pulls out when in use, it's a skateboard-like device with steering handles and brakes that allows you to walk up and down walls with a 90-degree angle of inclination.

Skates

Pull the mechanism on the shoe to turn it into a pair of roller skates (the kind with three wheels) that are powerful and flexible enough to speed up stair railings and walk the "tightrope".

Rope Grabber

An extraordinary rope grabber, shot from a spring-loaded gun, can grab or latch onto a distant support, creating a "rope bridge" between where you are and where you want to go.

The dummy

A rubber balloon, blown up into a humanoid shape, used to distract the police without fail (even Kidd himself was puzzled by this).

Hydrogen balloon

Can be inflated at any time to fly, used to take away the stolen heavy objects. Sensor Sight Glasses Nakamori police thought they could catch Kiddo with sensors all over the room, but Kiddo has a sight glass that can see the sensed light, so the police's efforts failed.

Light Emitting Diode (LED)

By twisting the LED, it emits a light green color. Since Kiddo is always stealing glowing jewels at night, this is a perfect way to confuse and distract the police.

8. Magician's Toolbox

This toolbox is never revealed to the public, but as a magician who is unrivaled in the world, Kido can use a handkerchief to conjure up large quantities of confetti, cards, small flags, flowers, and even pigeons at any time. He can also disappear in an instant, leaving behind a flower or a hat or even a square of hydrogen balloons. He can make you unknowingly be labeled with his teaser, or he can shake a cloth on you and change your clothes and hairstyle in a blink of an eye...

Kaito Kuroba (黑羽快斗) Voice: Katsuhei Yamaguchi

The original KID. He is a high school sophomore and has blood type B. He is also a member of the KID family.

Specialty

Specialty is magic, least good at ice skating, and most good at snowboarding. His pet peeve is fish and his favorite

food is chocolate ice cream. His father was the world-famous

magician, Kurohashi Koichi, who was killed by an unknown organization eight years ago.

Loves his childhood friend Aoko. Liked by his classmate Hongko and learned

his secret. Looks like Shinichi, except for his hairstyle.

Kaito Kid (怪盗Kid), voiced by Katsuhei Yamaguchi (山口勝平)

Specialized in targeting works of art, he is a super thief, with an international crime code of "1412", and prefers to commit his crimes at night, wearing a white

colored tuxedo and special monocle, with a cape on his back that can be

used to protect him. He wears a white dress, a special monocle, and a cape on his back that can be transformed into a glider. He is good at all kinds of magic tricks and is very good at disguise,

and is able to mimic anyone's voice without the use of props, and he can often dress up as someone else perfectly after finding out about them.

Kami is also very good at making a good impression on others.

They can also steal teaser targets and play with the police.

The world called him "the magician in the moonlight" and "the Heisei's

Sen Robbin". He is also known as "Robyn". His arch-rival was the London transfer detective, Inspector Hakuba,

but it was Conan who was the first to reveal his perfect disguise, and the two have since become bitter rivals. His first encounter with Shinichi was during the theft of the hands of the clock

tower. However, Kid also impersonated Shinichi once in order to repay Conan for

saving his pigeon, which allowed Conan to escape

another crisis when Ran recognized his true identity.Kid's real body, Kuroha Koudou, is a sophomore in Tokyo, who inherited his father's role as KID in order to find out the secret organization that killed his father.

Kid's real body, Kuroha Koudou, is a senior high school student in Tokyo, who inherited his father's role as KID in order to find out the secret organization that killed his father.

Aoko Nakamori (Aoko Nakamori) Voiced by Yukiko Iwai

Kaito's childhood friend and classmate, a high school sophomore.

Not knowing that Kid is the thief KID, she is puzzled by KID's stealing behavior. He is totally against KID and is very supportive of

his father, who is a police officer. He was testing to see if KID was KID,

but his suspicions were dispelled when KID arrived in time. A girl with

some childishness, her best friend is classmate Keiko, who is classmate

Hongko's greatest love rival. Met Kudou in front of the clock tower.

Loves Quickdraw.

Addendum: About Magic Quickdraw Here is a concentration of trivia about Magic Quickdraw, one of Aoyama's works. The main character, Kuroha Koudou, learns that his father, Kuroha Jiuichi, who was murdered by a secret organization 8 years ago, is Kaitou Kiddo. In order to find out the truth about that organization, he inherits the profession and name of a kaiju and becomes kaiju kiddo himself. In an incident, he learns that his father's enemy, the secret organization, is plotting to find "Pandora", the Stone of Destiny, which can lead to a long life and is buried in a large number of jewels, and in order to crush their plot, he now finds "Pandora" before the organization does. "In order to crush their plot, he now aims to find Pandora before the organization does (and thus, his main prey is something related to jewels)

Atmosphere of the work

The worldview of the work is similar to that of YAIBA, and is very much a caricature of it. It's more or less superficially different from the famous detective, but "Golden Eyes (Before and After Edit)", which was published in the 02 SUNDAY issue of this magazine, breathes the flavor of Conan. (Laughs)

Differences between Kiddo in Magic Express and Detective Conan

Originally, Kiddo in Magic Express was more caricatured than the Kiddo who appeared in Conan. Why is this different? ...... Anyway, probably different works have different vibes ...... Someone commented, "Monster Kiddo wasn't supposed to be like that, but rather a Kuroha Koudou-style Monster Kiddo. The only time Kiddo is like that is when he's playing a big game in front of other people." (I personally don't make that distinction, though.)

Serialization time

It was first published in SUNDAY 26 in Showa 62, and since then it has been published in SUNDAY's main magazine and supplements, and has been a serialized work for an indefinite period of time. As of January, 2003, it is still an unfinished work. Three volumes of the single-volume series have been released. There have been a lot of questions about the release of the fourth volume of Magic Quickly, but there are not enough pages, and it is now in the state of ...... if there is just a little bit more. (Plus "Golden Eyes" which is quite a few more pages ......) but it's not done yet. The first episode of Magic Express predates the first episode of YAIBA, but the one-shot is still in the process of being released. It came after "Wait a Little Longer" and "Red Butterfly Wandering in Summer". Therefore, if you look at Magic Express, you can clearly see the change in Aoyama-sensei's drawing style (laughs)
