The body is our subconscious mind The process of chakra dancing is the process of allowing the conscious mind to communicate with the subconscious mind

Yunghwa Diary #282 (2018.9.1.Saturday)

The famous Chinese psychologist Mr. Wu Zhihong said that the body is our subconscious mind. And I myself, after more than a year of chakra dancing, believe that the process of chakra dancing is the process of communication between our conscious mind and our subconscious mind.

This morning was the first session of chakra dancing when the chakra dance instructors came back from their 20-day intensive training in Guangzhou. And as I was on my children's first day of school, I was torn between enrolling in a sand tray course and going to attend.

In the end, I couldn't resist the temptation of the chakra dance - I came!

The result - just right!

JiaYi teacher talk about the human body 7 chakras when a sentence let me brainstorm - when to our body movement again and again to do we can not do before the limit, means that our consciousness is also again and again in the expansion, and then you will find that before can not accept the things can now be accepted, we people will become peaceful! and tolerant!

What will I gain from this chakra dance?

The opening warm-up to the end, as the music continues to strengthen the weight, it seems that the inner kind of unworthy, not good enough, life's grievances, anger, etc. in the hands of the crazy dance in the tearing, was heavily thrown to the ground, and then in front of their own eyes appeared in the black, unacceptable, hidden in the deepest dark side of the heart to be pulled out, and then use their feet keep stepping on it, stepping on it.

(Mr. Wu Zhihong, a renowned home in Chinese psychology, once said: our body is a ball of energy, and when the unseen energy within our body is seen, he becomes positive and active energy; if our inner energy is not found, it becomes black, destructive and aggressive energy.)

And the black energy that came up in my shaking warm-up session today was seen by me, and although I don't know if it had a healing effect on me or not, I'm still very thankful for having such a rewarding day. As I always tell my friends, "When we show our ugliest and darkest side in a field, the good and positive will stay in our body.

Just as we need to talk to someone when we are angry, when we talk about the bad and the unacceptable, we become calm, rational, and clear-headed, and our ability to distinguish between the good and the positive stays within us.

With the music playing, as I linked up with another partner with my hand raised, I seemed to be able to feel her inner sadness, her grief; I couldn't stop the tears from flowing. If the emotion was hers, I was willing to let it out through me; if it wasn't hers, I was so grateful that she was able to witness my vulnerability. As my teacher said, to see is to love, to see is to heal.

As I touched my hands to my chest and chanted the "Six True Words" to the music, I felt like the "selfhood" that Mr. Wei talked about in the sandplay therapy I've been organizing lately.

What is self-nature? Selfhood is also the archetype of unity, organization and order. It is a central archetype in the collective unconscious. Her main role is to harmonize the various components of the personality to achieve integration and unity, giving a sense of stability and oneness.

The ultimate goal of all personalities is the full play or realization of selfhood.

And I suddenly understood why the mandala is placed in the center before the chakra dance. Because the mandala represents our own nature, and if we can draw the mandala, we are also stimulating our own nature. (This is only my personal understanding)

Thank you for your guidance after the energy boost. The session of Flying with Arms was very different from the previous one, in which I saw that if I want to do something, every organ of my body gives me great support; if I want to do something, if I pay attention, I see that all the people around me give me support and strength.

In this session, I saw something I hadn't seen before, something I should be very grateful for!

The most different thing about Chakra Dance from other dances is that it keeps you focused on yourself, your inner self, and completely allowing yourself to stay with yourself. Whether it's a dance warm up or all the movements, this is all about doing a dance relaxation meditation. When our body relaxes and opens, our subconscious mind comes to the surface.

When healing music is played, the "black energy" that is not seen and accepted in our subconscious mind is stimulated, and the emotional catharsis flows naturally.

This is why some of my partners (including myself) shed tears. These are tears with healing, and without the company of a healer. That's why chakra dancing is its own master healer.

The Sufi spinning session was so nourishing: the faster you spin, the more relaxed and free you become. I personally think it is the best way to eliminate our distractions. The reason people suffer is that they have too many thoughts, too many ideas, and a lot of their fears and worries are thought up out of nothing.

And Sufi Spinning will bring you into a peaceful, focused, thoughtless state. Coming back to life will make it easier to live in the present moment with less confusion and worry!

In the final sharing session, some partners were in tears as they shared, and some shared that they were jumping for joy. As the teacher said, there is no good or bad emotion, it is good to present it and be seen by everyone as valuable and meaningful.

Thanks to the mentors who continue to refine the experience, and because of their energy boost, we gained more from the experience! Gratitude!

Once again, if you do something, you have to stick to it, but if you do it for three days, you will not get anything out of it!
