Shortly after entering junior high school, we mingled with the beautiful ninety-year-old physical education teacher. Because most of the girls in our class had been dancing since they were young, I was no exception. So the gym teacher wanted to recruit a group of players in our grade to form a cheerleading team. Out of my love for dance, I went to the audition. There were so many candidates that the classroom was packed to the rafters. The teacher said that only 30 people would be selected for the team after a test of basic skills (flexibility) and coordination. In the end, the girls in our class stood out and were selected.

Then, the thirty of us who were selected to join the team started to train at the prescribed time every week. At the beginning of the cheerleading drill, we were a little introverted and timid. We are a little introverted and timid, always afraid to stand in the first row, when the coach with a variety of words to stimulate us. When we were not doing well, the coach warned us as if we were very angry, saying, "Can you do it? In the end, can you do it? If you can't, say it earlier, want to come in to train and participate in the people are lining up!" At first, I felt bad and complained. Later, I thought, "I have dancing skills, what have I not danced in folk and Latin? Since I came to this team should strive to do well. Under the sting of the coach's poisonous words, I decided to prove to everyone that I am capable of doing well. The coach found that we lacked control over our movements, so he began to train our arm and leg strength, and practiced patience. We were told to run 3 laps fast and 4 laps slow every day, and later on, to run with sandbags. Every day, although tired, but the effect is very obvious. The coach also taught us some cheerleading professional movements, such as: C jump, split-legged jump, double swallow, let us run after the pressure ravishing, waist, big kicks and so on, every time after the training are covered with sweat. But we are full, happy, because in training we learned unity, persistence and courage.

I remember the second semester of the second year from Jiangsu competition back, because the championship, so have the opportunity to go to France to participate in the European Championships. But it was November of the following year, and we were still in the long days preparing for the European Championships. The time went really fast, the training was still hard, and already in our junior year, we still found time to prepare for the tournament while making sure that we didn't fall behind in our studies. This time we finally had the chance to stand on the international stage to show ourselves and our team. I think this is not only to represent our school, but also to represent China to compete with the world. Yes, we won the second place in the European Championships in the middle school category. When we returned to the hotel after the competition in Paris, the rain was pouring down, everyone was soaked all over, and we were all immersed in the joy of this victory.

What I remember clearly is that after returning to China, we participated in some small competitions, and our opponents were seniors from other schools' high schools. But we are not afraid of the opponent's strong, that period of time is almost a week than once, altitude, preliminaries, semi-finals, finals, finals, we one level by one level forward, in the final finals to the third place difference 0. 1 points fell, the coach almost cried. She cried with a mixture of emotion and a tinge of regret, but her mouth said, "Baby, it's great. You've been great. Don't cry, babies." We almost fought back our tears as we boarded the school bus all the way back to school. It was almost time for the midterm, and the coach encouraged us to relax and take it easy.

Now that I've become a high school cheerleader, I often remember my time with cheerleading. Over the past four years, through cheerleading, I have set my sights on a wider world. Here, there is the formation of my worldview, outlook on life, and values, the transformation of my mind from tenderness to maturity, my joys and sorrows, and everything about my youth. Four years of cheerleading experience is like sunshine, accompanying me to grow up, and my world can't be without cheerleading. During these years of competitions, I have set up my own goals, and I want to be as good as my coach sister. I want to be a good cheerleading coach, bring out a number of excellent players, with a proud demeanor to them about this sunshine of my youth.

The quicksand of time can not be stopped, and I will also take an unwavering step forward across.
