Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology is a full-time college approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. Teachers in public colleges and universities belong to the teacher establishment, so they are regular workers.
The college was formerly known as Shandong Zaozhuang Industrial School, Zaozhuang Second Health School and Tengzhou Higher Vocational School. In 2005, it was upgraded to a public full-time general higher vocational college.
