Last week's physical education class was unforgettable.
The first period on Wednesday afternoon was physical education class, the teacher let us run and do gymnastics after, there are still 20 minutes left before class. Let's do the tug of war game. Boys side 5 people, girls 8 people. The teacher was the referee. Like a few other boys, I thought I was a boy, so I wouldn't lose to the girls! So I didn't use much strength. But the girls were not as weak as I thought. Each one of them gritted their teeth and fell back, supporting themselves on their toes, not giving us boys any chance to relax. So the tie lasted for a few minutes. Suddenly the first girl in their group looked behind us and shouted, "There's a dog running over there!" We boys all looked back at the same time and forgot to push ourselves, so we were pulled down by a couple of the girls, and the girls' team won.
Just like the tortoise and the hare, I can't be too proud! You should concentrate on what you're doing, and you won't get good results if you're not concentrating!
