Introduction of Episodes
Episode 1
On the morning of the last day of 2005, Rang Hee dreamed again and babbled a bunch of award-winning speeches. When her mother reads it, she can't stand it any longer and burns all of Ranji's manuscripts. Ranji had a big fight with her mother and left the house with her computer in her arms. Her mother was angry that Ranji was almost 30 years old and still not married, and did not have a decent job. In fact, Ranji has a 22-year-old college student boyfriend, Jung Joo, but she has never dared to go public with her relationship. 30 years old is approaching, and it really scares Ranji that she hasn't done anything with her life yet! Luckily, she is comforted by her best friend Hyung Tae, and together they hug across the New Year.
After a fight with her mother, Ranji had her fortune told on the street that she was incompatible with her parents and had to split up quickly. It just so happens that Ranji is reunited with her first love, Junmao. Looking back on her years, Ranji is filled with sadness and sits alone at a roadside stand drinking, and a little later Hyung-tae comes along. A little drunk, the two sing and dance on the road, and Ranji even picks up a pen and scribbles on Yoon Sung-ah's (Hyung-tae's first love) billboard as her revenge for hurting Hyung-tae. As a result, the two get arrested at the police station for this. It just so happens that Jung Joo was also taken to the police station for fighting. The innocent Jung Joo is instinctively wary of Hyung Tae, who then realizes that Ranji actually has a boyfriend who is 8 years younger and finds it ridiculous. Ranji also feels ashamed and hides somewhere alone for a few days to sort out her past and future. However, Hyung-tae finds her. Hyung-tae decides to go on a six-month trip, and Ran-hee decides to move out of her house and pursue her writing. Unable to find a suitable house, Ranji begs and pleads, and finally Hyung-tae agrees to sublet the house to her for six months. So, Hyung-tae sets off on his journey with a worry about the house, while Ran-hee happily moves into Hyung-tae's house. But when Ranji brings Jung Joo home and they are kissing passionately, the doorbell rings. A disheveled Ranji opens the door to see that it's actually Hyung Tae who's back.......
Episode 2
Hyung Tae came back early due to the fact that he met the woman he had hit on 2 years ago on the plane and ran into some accidents. Although Ranji is angry, she has no choice but to agree to stay with Hyung Tae. And this worries Jung Joo, "How can a man and a woman be friends!" So he always runs over to Hyung Tae's house every now and then to make some noise, and even runs away from the set in the middle of the night to see Ranji, and asks her to choose between him and Hyung Tae. Ranji had no choice but to appease Jung Joo with kisses and coaxed him to go back obediently.
Hyung-tae returns to the office to prepare for his reinstatement, and borrows some writing materials for Ran-hee, but by coincidence, he runs into Park Ji-sun, the woman he hit on a month ago, who has actually become a new member of the company. Although a bit embarrassed, the two decided to pretend that what happened before didn't happen.
Although they've been friends for 30 years, it's only after they move in together that Hyung-tae realizes that Rang-hee has a side to her that's just as baffling as a ticking time bomb, throwing tantrums. As a good man doesn't fight with a woman, Hyung-tae can only quietly record the time when Ran-hee goes crazy every time. However, the conflict is still intensifying, and between Hyung-tae and Ran-hee, quarrels have almost become a common occurrence. Ranji also considered moving back home to live with her mother and the girls, but the rooms in the house had long been disposed of. There was really no way out. But what made Ranji feel even more tired was love. Every time she hears others laughing at her love for Jung Joo, Ranji really feels humiliated and sad. She tries to look younger, but when she hears Jung Joo's friends say, "It's a shame about Jung Joo," she breaks down and breaks up with Jung Joo with tears in her eyes. When she gets home, she takes it out on Hyung-tae and they go to a bar to fight over drinks, agreeing that whoever gets drunk first will move out of the house. As a result, they both woke up the next day and were lying in the house. The two had to change the pact to whoever doesn't remember last night's incident will move out. As a result, Ranji loses and Hyung Tae recalls what he saw last night, Jung Joo's breakup text message to Ranji. Keeping her promise, Ranji dragged her bags out of the house. And Hyung Tae, who had been watching Rang Hee walk down the stairs, finally couldn't help but call out to Rang Hee and chased after her.......
Episode 3
Hyung Tae asked Rang Hee to go back to live with him in the hope that he could be there for Rang Hee to help her get through her breakup. But upon reentering the house, Hyung Tae realizes that he's been played. Ranji had known that Hyung-tae wouldn't let her go, so she just grabbed an empty suitcase and staged a runaway scene.
Without Ranji, Jung Joo is not good at anything, not even baseball, so he falls out of the national team tryouts. And Ranji, how could she not! Although she misses Jung Joo, she can't get in touch with him, and can only be alone late at night with tears in her eyes remembering the good old days, and even mistakenly running to someone's room door in the middle of the night to play drunk, or standing in the elevator for most of the day in a state of disorientation. Hyung-tae, who can't stand to watch, has to unscrew the faucet and tries to drench Ran-hee with water to wake her up. But he accidentally drenches Ranji's manuscript, and the two of them have to go to the studio for an extra night shift, and Hyung-tae suddenly starts to think that Ranji has a feminine touch.
With Hyung-tae's help, Rang-hee seems to be slowly getting back to normal. After bonding, the two gradually get along well. At this time, another old classmate is getting married, and Ranji, Hyung-tae and Jun-mo all go to the wedding. Hyung-tae realizes that the reason why Jun-mo and Ran-hee broke up back then was because of himself. Joon-mo asked Lan-hee to choose between love and friendship, and Lan-hee ended up choosing Hyung-tae's friendship.
Jung Joo bumps into Rang Hee on his way to a race, and his longing for days makes him just run after Rang Hee's car, even abandoning the race, resulting in a physical punishment. But the physical wounds are not as painful as the wounds in his heart. Jung Joo runs to Ranji's house, crying and begging Ranji to see her, saying why should two people who love each other be separated. Ranji just hides inside the door and cries helplessly. Luckily, Hyung Tae comes back at that moment and he opens the door for Jung Joo and gives the two of them space to reconcile. But when Hyung Tae sees Ranji and Jung Joo together again, he is vaguely jealous.
Ranji invites Hyung-tae to watch Jung-ju's match with her, but Hyung-tae brings her female coworker, Park Ji-sun, along. Lan Ji, who was cheering for Jung Joo at the front, accidentally looked back and saw Hyung Tae and Park Ji Sun getting close. ......
Episode 4
After the baseball game was over, Hyung Tae lied that he was going to the movies with Ji Sun in order to leave Lan Ji and Jung Joo alone but in fact, he went back to his house directly. Ranji also went home early because she didn't want Jung Joo, who had just finished the game, to be too tired. So Ranji and Hyung Tae had a drink and chatted with each other. Hyung-tae's unintentional comment, "I wouldn't feel anything even if I kissed you," made the two of them think of each other in a strange and embarrassing way.
Ranji forgets to organize her garbage and throws it away again, and she is dragged by a woman in the neighborhood who asks her to reorganize it, and she accidentally sees her mother. When her mother arrives unannounced, Ranji rushes home to inform Hyung-tae, thus offending the woman. Luckily, Hyung-tae was able to hide before her mother found out about her cohabitation. After the incident, Ranji asked Hyung-tae to apologize to the woman by sending her a bouquet of flowers, and the woman was so impressed that she wanted to make a match for Hyung-tae.
Ranji tries to work hard at her editing job, but she runs into an irritating high school writer, Sin Joo-young, who is constantly sarcastic, forcing her to lose her temper on the spot and breaking up the partnership.
Hyung-tae happens to be competing for the same advertisement project as Ran-hee's first love, Joon-moo, and doesn't want to lose out to Joon-moo, so Hyung-tae puts his best foot forward to get the chance. Seeing that Hyung-tae is working so hard, Ji-sun gathers a lot of information for Hyung-tae, hoping to win his favor. However, Hyung Tae rejects Ji Sun's frank love and confesses that he has no confidence in love. Hyung Tae still can't get over his first love. However, he's been looking at Ranji lately and thinking that she's becoming more and more of a woman, even dreaming of kissing her. One such dream made Hyung Tae woke up in a panic and went crazy and yelled out ......
Episode 5
Hyung Tae often works overtime in order to do a good job on the advertisement project, making Ranji feel strangely lonely all by herself. Every time Hyung-tae comes home late at night, he sees Ran-hee lying on the sofa sleeping, and it feels strange to see Hyung-tae feeling strange inside, because he has long since stopped feeling for Ran-hee as he did in the beginning.
Sin Joo-young, an overbearing writer, suddenly made a 360-degree turnaround and apologized to Ran-hee, saying that she wanted to work with Ran-hee's publisher. Ranji happily read through Xin Zhuying's manuscript and said that the male protagonist in her work resembled her boyfriend, Zheng Zhu. Sin Joo Young then asked to meet him and Ran Ji agreed.
Hyung-tae buries his head in his work during this time, much to Ranji's dismay. The thoughtful Hyung-tae took the time to come home and helped Ran-hee with her laundry, but he forgot what he came home for himself - to get his suit. So Ranji takes the suit to Hyung-tae's company. Looking at Hyung-tae, who is asleep on his desk, Ranji can't help but think back to the past. Once upon a time, she was like this, secretly observing Hyung-tae through the mirror.
Hyung-tae's efforts were not in vain, and he succeeded in winning the advertising cooperation project. Hyung-tae wanted to have a nice celebratory meal at home with Ran-hee, but Jung-ju and Ji-sun stirred the pot. Seeing how much Ji-sun loves Hyung-tae, Ran-hee wants to help her and create a chance for their love. Ranji left Ji-sun alone to carry the groceries into Hyung-tae's house, and just as Jung-ju was running towards Ranji, happily shouting "Sis" in front of her, Ranji suddenly heard her mother shouting behind her, and Ranji was surprised to see her mother standing behind her. ......<

Episode 6
Because she wasn't mentally prepared to introduce Jung Joo to her mother, Ranji had to slap Jung Joo, who was running up to her and hugging her, and lied to her mother that he had mistaken her for someone else. As Jung Joo walks down the road, the more he thinks about it, the more aggrieved he becomes, so he runs back and kneels down in front of Ranji's mother, revealing their romantic relationship. Hyung Tae, who wanted to take Ji Sun out for dinner, saw this scene the moment the elevator door opened and was so scared that he immediately pulled Ji Sun back home to organize his things, and then he and Ji Sun had to hide in their room so that Lan Ji's mother wouldn't find out that he was living with her. Both Ranji and Jung Joo knelt down in front of their mother and begged her to make things right. But this love with a huge age gap really scared the mother and made her unacceptable, she was angry that Lan Ji and Jung Joo both either break up or get married. Zheng Zhu said he could not leave Lan Ji, willing to marry Lan Ji, but now he is not much ability. The company's main goal is to make sure that the company is able to meet the needs of its customers, so that the company can provide its customers with the best possible service and the most efficient service.
Ranji arranged for Xin Zhuying to meet with Zheng Zhu, and Xin Zhuying showed her excessive concern for Zheng Zhu, and also boldly declared war on Ranji, saying that she loved Zheng Zhu and would snatch him away. Lan Ji then realizes that this was all Sin Joo Young's plan, and although she is upset, she holds back her anger for the sake of her job.
The woman in the neighborhood once again told Hyung-tae about the blind date, and Hyung-tae was surprised to find out that the blind date she had been trying to introduce to Hyung-tae was Lan-hee. She was worried because the woman was friends with her mother, and if they suddenly met one day, how would she explain her cohabitation, not to mention the fact that her mother was still angry about her relationship with Jung Joo. At this very moment, Xin Joo Young deliberately followed Jung Joo to attend the baseball tryouts in the United States, and both of them delayed their return date to the United States, which made her feel uneasy all day long. Finally, Jung Joo returned home and as soon as he got off the plane, he went straight to see Ranji and said to her, "Let's get married." ......
Episode 7

Hyung-tae carefully starts a relationship with Ji-sun and wears the couple's ring he received from her.
Hyung-tae and Ji-seon deliver kimchi to Lan-hee, and they are unable to enter the house when they see Shin-ja, who is also waiting at the door. When Lan-hee returns home a while later, Hyung-tae drags her to the parking lot in front of the house. It just so happens that Jung Joo has also found his way home because he couldn't reach Blue Hee. At the moment when Lan-hee managed to trick Shin-ja, Shin-ja meets Hyung-tae's neighbor and Shin-ja's friend Soon-ok, and Lan-hee turns pale with fear.
Episode 8

Nevertheless, the two of them started their relationship with a sense of apprehension and ****ed a beautiful time. Until the night before the end of the trip, Ranji told Hyung-tae to let their love "end here" and consider the beautiful love that happened during the trip as a dream. Hyung-tae agrees that when they return to Seoul, they will pretend that nothing happened and return to being friends. However, no matter how much they tried to pretend to forget and pretend that nothing happened, it was impossible. It's always a bit awkward when two people who kissed yesterday have to live under the same roof today like normal friends.

After Hyung Tae and Ran Hee return from their vacation, Ran Hee tries to avoid Hyung Tae by going out early and coming home late every day, trying to minimize the amount of time she spends alone with Hyung Tae. Both Ranji and Hyung Tae are eager to go back to the old days when they were free of burdens.
Hyung-tae returns to work after his vacation, but finds out that rumors are spreading that he and Ji-sun are dating, which makes it difficult for Hyung-tae because he has already broken up with Ji-sun and he doesn't want Ji-sun to get hurt even more because of these rumors. However, Ji Sun faces the rumors but treats Hyung Tae like a lover in front of his colleagues and admits that they are dating. Hyung Tae had no choice but to tell Ji Sun again that it was over between them. Moreover, in order to stop the rumors within the company, Hyung Tae took the initiative to say in front of his colleagues that he had seduced Ji Sun but was dumped by Ji Sun because of his two feet and hoped that people would stop paying attention to this matter. On the day of the party, Hyung-tae and Ran-hee happen to have a date to watch a movie together to fulfill their original promise. However, Ranji, who is attending the party, is not able to wait for Hyung-tae, so she sends a text message to hurry him up. Just as Hyung-tae was about to reply, there was an unexpected call on his cell phone and Hyung-tae was surprised to see the name on the display: Sung-ah......
Episode 12
Yoon Sung-ah's sudden appearance surprised Hyung-tae and he didn't know where to start. At the party, Ranji and the others, who were waiting for Hyung Tae's arrival, were shocked by the simultaneous appearance of Hyung Tae, Sung Ah, and Jun Mo. Yoon Sung Ah, who had disappeared without a trace, suddenly appeared in front of everyone. Hyung Tae pretends to be oblivious to Sung Ah's return and tells Rang Hee that Sung Ah's return means nothing to him because he won't go back to dating her. But looking at Hyung Tae's pretense of being strong, Ranji feels very sad. Although Hyung Tae forgot about the movie date, after they went straight home, Ran Ji quietly went to the movie as promised. Later, Hyung-tae also remembers the promise and comes to the movie theater. The two of them finally made up for their regret.
After watching the movie, Ranji could not help but tell Hyung-tae what she had been saying in her heart for a long time, wishing that Hyung-tae could tell her about the pain in her heart, and wishing that she could be a friend to him as she used to be. So, Hyung-tae told Rang-hee about the details of his reunion with Sung-ah, and decided to end his affair with Rang-hee and be a good friend again.
Hyung-tae and Ji-sun happen to be assigned to work on Sung-ah's record. So, Hyung-tae came to Sung-ah's practice room to look for her. Looking at Sung-ah, who was seriously playing the guitar, Hyung-tae was still touched, so he decided to start dating Sung-ah again so that Ran-hee could avoid getting hurt too. Sung Ah meets with Ran Ji and hopes that Ran Ji can forget what she read about Sung Ah's cheating because she really wants to be with Hyung Tae again to make up for the hurt she caused him. Ranji agreed.
Ranji received flowers from an anonymous person for five weeks in a row, and with her heart in turmoil, she went for a drink and ran into Hyung-tae and Sung-ah, so the three of them drank and chatted together ......
Episode 13
Hyung-tae knew that Rang-hee was stealing from him and going around inquiring about a house, and it made him so mad that he wanted Rang-hee to at least not move out until the New Year's Literary Essay Contest is over, and he needs time to adjust to his feelings. With tears in her eyes, Ranji says she's afraid she won't be able to leave Hyung Tae in the future.
On the day of the book signing by Sin Joo Young, an author from Ranji's publisher, a group of friends including Ranji, Hyung Tae, and Sung Ah came to the venue. Ranji didn't have time to stop them, and when Joo-young saw Hyung-tae, who was holding a book for signing, she pointed out in front of the crowd that Hyung-tae was Ranji's roommate, which startled everyone. Hyung Tae and Ran Ji have to tell the whole story in front of their friends. Joon-mo took the opportunity to propose to Ran-hee and hoped that she would give her answer after the essay contest.
Faced with Ranji and Sung-ah, Hyung-tae's heart is conflicted and both are a bit blind to his true feelings. When Hyung-tae, who was drunk after attending the company dinner, saw Ran-hee, he couldn't help but look at her y and hugged her. "Hyung Tae, what should I do if I really fall in love with you?" Hearing such words from Ranji, Hyung-tae could only let go of Ranji powerlessly.
Sung Ah bought Hyung Tae a whole set of necessities, and Ranji really didn't feel good when she saw it. However, she didn't realize that Ranji was allergic to the smell of the shampoo that Sung Ah bought. The first time Hyung-tae used the shampoo, the smell made Rang-hee vomit, but that night Sung-ah came to Hyung-tae's house. Sung-ah's heart is sour as she watches Hyung-tae being overly concerned about Ran-hee.
After Ranji turned in her manuscript, she followed Hyung-tae, Joon-mo, and Sung-ah to a dinner party. At this time, a man whom Ranji and Hyung Tae met during their trip sent a bottle of champagne ......
Episode 14
In order not to cause misunderstanding, Ranji and Hyung Tae had to hide some facts about their trip, while Sung Ah and Jun Moo envied their friendship when they found out that the two of them went on a trip together. Sung Ah tells Rang Hee that she senses that Rang Hee and Hyung Tae have gone beyond friendship. Hearing Sung Ah say that, Rang Hee suddenly feels angry. Sung Ah actually says that she prefers Ran Ji to approach Hyung Tae as a woman so that she is confident of winning instead. Ranji heard this and her pride was slightly hurt.
Ranji tells Joon-mo that she will think about his proposal and hopes that the two of them will still be able to easily come and go as friends. After Joon-mo leaves, Rang-hee and Hyung-tae go for a drink together. The two try to talk to each other about their hearts as they used to, but when it comes to their feelings, the more they talk, the more unpleasant the atmosphere becomes.
Ranji finally got up the courage to ask for her back pay from the company and found an apartment. Before moving out, Ranji helped Hyung-tae organize his home inside and out. After sending Ranji away, Hyung-tae looks at the clean but empty house and feels so empty that he can't even go to work. And Ranji, who has moved to a new home, is lonely without Hyung-tae's company.
Sung Ah and Hyung Tae both watched a movie together at home, and just as they were about to kiss, Hyung Tae hesitated.......
Episode 15
Hyung Tae's hesitation made Sung Ah wonder if Hyung Tae had ever had anything with Rang Hee but she said that she didn't mind even if something had happened between them. And in the face of Sung-ah's skepticism, Hyung-tae doesn't say anything but knows in his heart that he can no longer consider Rang-hee as a friend. The first day after the separation makes Hyung Tae and Rang Hee very uncomfortable, and the two of them meet again by chance at the drinking table as they habitually do. Hyung Tae reveals his feelings for Rang Hee in his heart, even though Rang Hee will never see him again when she finds out. Ranji cries and talks to herself about how she's going to adjust to not having Hyung-tae as a friend.
Ranji ran into Hyung-tae and Sung-ah at the home decor store and was a little upset to see Sung-ah trying to redecorate Hyung-tae's house to get rid of Ranji's scent. Lost in her thoughts, Ranji remembers Joon-mo's marriage proposal and she tells Joon-mo that if the two of them are dating now they will only do harm to each other and so it would be better to go on a blind date with a stranger.
Ranji calls her best friends over to her new house for a party. Seeing Hyung-tae's glass empty, Ran-hee takes a step ahead of Sung-ah and naturally fills it for him. This makes all three of them feel awkward. After seeing everyone off, Hyung-tae, who had returned home, suddenly ran back to find Ran-hee.
The results of the essay contest will be announced, so Hyung-tae asks Joon-mo about Ran-hee, but Joon-mo asks Hyung-tae to stop tormenting Ran-hee, and the two get into a fight on the field over it. The two go to see Sung-ah with bruises all over their faces, but lie that they fought with someone else.
Lost in thought, Ranji unconsciously walks towards Hyung Tae's neighborhood and meets Hyung Tae and the two kiss passionately.......
Episode 16
Ranji and Hyung Tae finally get rid of the baggage in their hearts and openly tell each other the love in their hearts, and that the two of them can finally be together after all they've been through. Hyung-tae, despite his reluctance, brings harm to Sung-ah. Sung Ah doesn't blame Hyung Tae for falling in love with Rang Hee, he just regrets that he can't enjoy their love to the fullest after their reunion. With Sung Ah's recital coming up, Hyung Tae can only devote himself to it and use it to do more for Sung Ah. Ranji expresses her understanding, and now she, too, can finally proudly tell others that Hyung-tae is her man.
Writer Sin Joo-young's second work still seeks out Ran-hee's cooperation, which makes Ran-hee feel puzzled, as the unpleasantness of their first meeting is still fresh in her mind. Xin Zhuying said she needed Ranji's help because she always pointed out the shortcomings in her writing and allowed her to grow.
Ranji and the others receive a letter they wrote when they were in their 20s to their 30s, and they all quietly dwell on their memories, their only regret being that one of their best friends, Lee Seung-hwan, is dead.
Sung-ah invited all her friends to her recital. Sung-ah expresses her guilt to Ran-hee that Seung-hwan's dream was to have a great love, but his love with Sung-ah was so unfortunate that Sung-ah didn't even take that seriously at the time. Ranji reassured Sung-ah that she had given Seung-hwan love on her terms.
Jung Joo finally made it in baseball, much to Ranji's relief, and was glad she let him go at the time. Hyung-tae proposes to Rang-hee to get married, but Rang-hee wants to be in a longer relationship, and the two of them are going to enjoy their hard-earned love to the fullest. (End)

Acting Experience
Because of the resemblance to the 80s Korean actress, Dinh Yoon Hee, she had a Soo Ae, who is also known as "Little Ding Yun Ji," said that her "favorite movies are 'Oasis' starring Seol Kyung Goo and 'Sweet Honey' starring Jang Man Ok," and that she wants to be an actress who shows the inner world of the characters just like them. During her school days, Soo Ae was not interested in studying at all, and her mind was filled with thoughts of joining a singing group and aspiring to become an actress, thus breaking her father's heart.
After graduation, Soo ae became an advertisement model and did advertisements for Lotte Fruit, KTF Na, etc. In June 2002, she was lucky enough to become a model for Asiana Airlines, and after that, she started her career in MBCbest theater, and appeared in popular dramas such as 'Love Letter', 'Merry-Go-Round', 'April Kiss', and 'Poseidon', which had a great response, showing the relationship between the two men. She was loved by the viewers for showing the misfortune and trauma of the beautiful heroine who is torn between two men, and Soo Ae, who thinks her charm lies in her neutral appearance and hoarse voice, has won the titles of "professional actress in emotional drama" and "queen of tears".
Soo-ae's first film "Family" in 2004 was a love-hate story between a daughter, who has committed theft four times, and her father, who is a police officer. There are no other men in the movie except her father and young brother, and in order to create the image of Jung-eun, who has a strong character, Soo ae not only didn't do any eye make-up, but she didn't even put on any lipstick and wore no dresses. "Although Jung-eun cries due to her family's misfortune, she is more independent and strong. Even when she cries, the 'color of her tears' is different." Previously, women in Korean movies were all about innocence in romances, sexiness, cuteness in comedies, or jealousy and intrigue, and that's all there was to it. But there's something different about Jung-eun in "The Family," who doesn't intentionally try to look pretty and refuses to be protected by a man, and who can be brave in the face of danger, and in whom you can feel a deep sense of neutrality and rigidity. It's not easy to find an actress who possesses this kind of temperament at the same time, and Soo Ae gave a sense of freshness, and the audience recognized a fresh woman through her transformation. She was recognized for her breakthrough in acting by major Korean film festivals for her role.
In 2006, she was voted by netizens as the most compatible on-screen couple with Lee Byung-hun, who co-starred in the movie "That Summer," and her naturalness, spontaneity, and ability to shed tears at any time became the reason why viewers loved Soo-ae.
