Hardware requirements
The present surfboard is 1.5-2.7 meters long, about 60 centimeters wide, 7-10 centimeters thick, the board is light and flat, the front and back ends of the board are slightly narrower, and there is a stabilizing effect of the tail fins together with the rear bottom. In order to increase friction, there is also a wax coating on the surface of the board. All surfboards weigh only 11-26 kilograms. There are the following types
(1) Longboard. Length of 2.7 meters or more, suitable for beginners.
(2) Short boards. Length of 2.1 meters or less, they are technical wave boards.
(3) Gunboard. Narrow and long to cope with big waves similar to those in the Hawaii area.
(4) Soft boards. Dynamic maneuverability, not limited by wave size, for beginners.
(5) Floating raft board. Board wide, slow speed change, suitable for beginners lying on the wave board practice with.
(6) body surfing. Do not utilize any tools, the human body in the shallower seashore, in a swimming manner, floating on the surface of the water, with the wave ebb and flow and propulsion.
