Visitors to the High Court have been competing to leave; The spring flowers in the small garden are dancing in the wind. The flower shadow is confused by the winding path; Overlooking the petal dance reflects the afterglow of the sunset.
My heart is too small to sweep away the fallen flowers; Looking forward to spring, but returning in a hurry. Flower lovers who love flowers will naturally blame spring for leaving too early; When spring comes to an end, flowers and flowers only shed tears.

Tourists on the shelves have rushed to leave; The spring flowers in the small garden withered and fluttered around in the wind.
The shadows of flowers are uneven, and the winding paths are blurred; Looking from a distance, it reflects the afterglow of the sunset.
My heart is broken, and I can't bear to sweep away the red; Looking forward to spring, but coming back in a hurry.
Love flowers and cherish flowers naturally complain that spring leaves too early; When the spring ends and the flowers fade, all you get is tears and clothes.

Falling Flowers is a five-character poem written by Li Shangyin, a poet in Tang Dynasty. This poem expresses the poet's sadness and emotion through falling flowers and leaves. The whole poem is permeated with feelings of hurting spring and cherishing flowers.
Creative background:
This object-chanting poem was written by the poet during his six years in Yongle, Huichang, Tang Wuzong. At that time, a group of cronies headed by Niu Xinru and Li Deyu were at odds with each other. Because Li Shangyin married Wang Maoyuan's daughter, he blamed the Niudang's Hubei, so the situation was not ideal. Therefore, I use the fallen flowers in the garden to express my sad life experience.

The first couplet says that guests go to empty buildings, and the second half says that they will fly around the park. The poet successfully used the technique of association, wrote that people can't stay, and wrote that people can't stay in spring with the artistic technique of "competing for customers". From "contention" and "chaos", people can taste that those who complain are heartless, while those who are annoyed by heartless flowers are affectionate.

It is not difficult to see that the poem reveals the poet's feelings of cherishing spring but being helpless and sad.
The semantic pun of suffix shows the clever skill of combining people with flowers. Here, the poet is filled with emotion.
