2 Fasciitis symptoms Fasciitis symptoms are mainly manifested in the following points:
First, the pain and numbness with unclear boundaries, but the tender points are clear and basically confined to a certain position.
Second, there are trigger points and reflex pain. The trigger point means that when a place is pressed hard, there can be obvious pain points, just like pulling the trigger clip. But trigger bullets can't be fired, and it usually doesn't hurt if you can't find a place. After finding this point, there will be pain immediately, and this pain can be radiated to other areas. This is called trigger point and radiation pain.
Third, after finding the trigger point, if the trigger point is closed in diagnosis, the pain will be relieved or even disappeared immediately.
Fourth, you can feel fibrous cords and fibrous nodules, just around the trigger point.
Fifth, there are anti-O tests in clinical examination, and ESR can also be done. These two results are usually higher than normal.
3 The difference between fasciitis and myositis Fasciitis and myositis is a disease.
Fascia includes deep fascia and superficial fascia. Myopia is a layer of fascia covering the muscle surface, which should belong to a kind of deep fascia. So myofascitis is a part of fasciitis, and there is no difference between them. No matter from pathophysiology, clinical manifestations or treatment, the two diseases are basically the same. In fact, they are different manifestations of the same disease.
What is the difference between fasciitis and scapulohumeral periarthritis? Fasciitis refers to white fibrous tissue caused by various reasons. This white fibrous tissue, including tendon, joint capsule, ligament, tendon sheath and periosteum, has inflammatory reaction. Periarthritis of shoulder mainly refers to chronic aseptic inflammation of scapular muscles, tendons, synovial bursa, joint capsule and other soft tissues caused by various reasons. So scapulohumeral periarthritis is actually a kind of fasciitis, which only happens on the shoulder. Followed by chronic aseptic inflammation of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, synovial bursa and joint capsule around the shoulder.
