The basic steps of the slow triple

The waltz is represented by a w. It is also known as the "slow triple step". Also known as "slow three step". One of the modern dance program. Dance melody is beautiful and lyrical, the rhythm is 3/4 of the slow plate, 28 to 30 bars per minute.

The waltz is known as the "queen" of the dance. It is mostly based on spinning with other dance steps and patterns, the dance undulating and stretching, elegant and smooth. With 3/4 beat as music, the rhythm is strong→second strong→weak. Each step occupies one beat, and a small cycle of three steps is danced. The first step falls on a strong beat, and the steps are large, medium and small. In the first step, the left heel softly lands first, with a large stride and a low center of gravity; in the second and third steps, the center gradually rises, and the forefoot lands on the ground.
