About the morning walk 350 words

Sunday, I was still asleep when my mom woke me up with her "lion's roar", I lazily crawled out of my warm blanket and got ready to go for a morning walk with my mom.

We brushed our teeth, washed our faces and set off. It was early, but when I looked up, I realized that the sky was already starting to get very bright.

Walking out the door, we started running right on the road. Just running for a while made us feel tired and sweaty as we ran. Soon, our clothes were soaked through, and even our foreheads were covered with beads of sweat. But we didn't give up, and gritted our teeth and decided to keep going.

While we were running, we saw a lot of people exercising just like us. When we were almost done, we ran straight to our home. On the way home, we changed our minds and turned into a small square on the side of the road, ready to take a break before going home. The wind was blowing our hair and the sun was shining warmly on us. My mom and I walked leisurely on the gravel road while admiring the people who were practicing morning exercises on both sides of the grass and on the stage of the square. Some of them were dancing with swords, some were doing Tai Chi, some were hanging their voices, and some were dancing, both young and old, each with their own splendor. I don't know when, touching back, I realized that our clothes were all almost dry without us realizing it, and my mother, fearing that I would catch a cold, hurriedly dragged me home.

I think this morning exercise is really meaningful, because I found that after the exercise of the whole person are feeling particularly energetic, so I decided to stick to it in the future, and my mother also supported it with both hands.
