1. Tongli Resort Phase I
Tongli Station (terminal station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 4) is located at the intersection of Jintong Avenue and Ganquan Road: No. 733, the whole journey is about 1.4 kilometer. 1. Walk about 740 meters from Tongli to Tongli Lake Resort No. 2 Station, take No. 733, and after one stop go to Tongli Bus Station (or take Songling No. 301) and check into Tongli Town at the fork.
2. Tongli Resort Phase II
Tongli only has the Tongli Lake Resort and Hotel of Delta Group, but no factory; Wujiang Zhongda Electronics is located in front of Li Sanqiao, Songling Town.
From 2010 to 2010, five-star hotels have been built: Tongli Lake Hotel and under construction: Tranquility Hotel, Jiangnan'an Hotel, Shengze Hotel, Wujiang International Hotel, Hengsheng Resort, and CYTS Zen Garden Hotel.
It is based on the Serenes six-star standard (i.e. platinum five-star), but according to regulations, a five-star hotel must wait two years before it can apply for six-star status. Jiangnan's Wujiang International Hotel will be completed and open next year.
CYTS Jingxin Garden Hotel is the first five-star garden hotel in Wujiang.
3. Tongli Resort Hotel
Qian Hotel Management Co., Ltd. manages two five-star hotels, namely Suzhou Tongli Lake Resort and Suqian Hengli International Hotel.
1. Suzhou Tongli Lake Resort Hotel is a four-star hotel located at No. 88, Huanhu West Road, Tongli Town, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The hotel is surrounded by water, and guests can enjoy beautiful views of Tongli Lake from the garden. It has a Jiangnan garden style and has various rooms such as villas, Western restaurants, multi-functional halls, and conference centers. It is equipped with advanced facilities and equipment, and more than ten luxurious banquet boxes with excellent views. Sauna, dance hall, KTV private room, beauty salon, chess and card room, gym, tennis, basketball, yacht and other entertainment facilities are all available, integrating food, accommodation, transportation, shopping and entertainment. This is an ideal place for leisure vacations, business and group meetings.
2. Hengli Hotel is located to the west of Bohai Road, east of Huanghai Road, south of Hongzehu Road and north of Taihu Road in Sucheng New District. The project is invested by Jiangsu Hengli Group, developed and constructed by Suqian Lishun Real Estate Co., Ltd., and designed by Japan's KKS Design Co., Ltd., and has become a city landmark. The towers and podiums are laid out with straight and clear outlines, and there are plans for business conference areas, a fitness centre, a beauty salon, an indoor swimming pool and a large entertainment centre.
4. Tongli Lake Resort Hotel Phase I and Phase II
Tongli Lake Resort (Suzhou Tongli) is a hotel with Jiangnan garden style and built according to international four-star standards resort hotel. The hotel has more than 110 rooms, including 8 villas, a Western restaurant, a multi-functional hall, a conference center equipped with advanced facilities and equipment, and a luxurious banquet hall with beautiful scenery. The opening date is April 15, 2006. The building is 4 stories high, with a total of 113 rooms (suites), and the standard room area is 30 square meters. Tongli Lake Resort is a quasi-four-star hotel.
