Shenzhi titled the song "All I Care About Is You" and made the Mandarin lyrics retain the original meaning of the Japanese lyrics. Teresa Teng then sang the Mandarin version of the song using the Japanese version's accompaniment, with the chorus of the song dubbed by Teresa Teng herself.
