Behind the Scenes of the Crazy Animal City Movie
Before the original idea of composing Nick the Fox and Judy the Rabbit was constructed, the movie had been dominated by Nick the Fox, who was taken from the image of Robin Hood the Fox in Disney's 1973 animated film Robin Hood .

The producers wanted to put animals from all over the world in the film, but didn't have room to cram them in, so they customized some characters specifically for each country. For example, in the version released in North America, the anchor is a moose, voiced by a Canadian host; in the Australian version the anchor is a koala; in Japan it's a civet cat; in China it's a panda; in Brazil it's a jaguar; and in Britain it's a corgi .
Animal City's popular diva Sharky Sheep, whose styling and costumes are inspired by Latin American diva Shakira, the voice of Sharky Sheep is also voiced by Shakira herself.

Creative Background
Animal Planet is Disney Animation Studios' 55th animated feature film, which was inspired by the talking animals that acted like humans in the fairy tale The Wind in the Willows.
