Shining name of the most beautiful women strugglers experience women's most beautiful strugglers excellent deeds

Improvement 1

On the science and technology front, women's power is significant. They are dedicated to research, hard work, professional and strength interpretation of the extraordinary "she" power.

Lu Yutong, director of the National Supercomputing Center in Guangzhou and a professor at Sun Yat-sen University's School of Computer Science, has practiced the goal of strengthening the country with science and technology, experienced the leaping development of China's supercomputing from a follower to a leader, and is the backbone of the development of the five-generation Galaxy and two-generation Tianhe supercomputing systems. She has long been committed to domestic supercomputing technology research, adhere to independent innovation, breakthroughs in high-speed communication systems, parallel program application environment, large-scale resource management and other core supercomputing technologies, as deputy chief designer of the Tianhe-2 won the world's supercomputing 500 six consecutive titles. At the same time, she is also the International Supercomputing ISCFellow and ISC19 Conference Chair, the first Chinese scholar and the world's first female scholar to hold this position.

"Pick the hard and tiring work in the process of work, and pick the difficult and cutting-edge in the process of research." Lu Yutong said, "I hope every woman can be self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-improvement, seize the opportunity of the development of new technologies and industries, and grow with the motherland ****."

Hu Hailan, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University School of Medicine, gave up his U.S. teaching position to return to China in 2008, focusing on the study of higher brain functions and related diseases, and has made a series of world-leading and innovative research results in the field of systemic neuroscience, which revealed the molecular, cellular, and loop mechanisms underlying the onset of depression and the rapid action of antidepressant drugs, and provided the scientific basis for the research and development of a better and safer new generation of In 2021, Hu was awarded the 24th World Prize for Outstanding Women in Science, contributing to the development of Chinese wisdom on the world stage.

Guan Xin, a professor at a laboratory of the Naval Aviation University, has devoted himself to the national defense cause for 23 years, and has long been engaged in front-line teaching and research work in the fields of information countermeasures, information fusion, and command-and-control information systems, and has made outstanding contributions to the national defense education, the generation of combat effectiveness of naval aviation, and the transformation of naval information countermeasures equipment. Guan Xin has presided over the completion of more than 10 major scientific research projects, innovative realization of the theoretical model of the engineering application, solved more than 10 key technical problems, for the army in the sea battlefield equipped with the first mechanism of the enemy's "clairvoyance" and "wind ear".

"In the future, we will continue to aim at the national science and technology frontiers and the transformation of the Navy's major strategic needs, and further focus on the actual combat capability to lead the drive." Guan Xin said.

The experience2

Li Huanying's simplicity and clarity is not only reflected in the choice to go beyond utilitarian calculations, but also in her constant pursuit of "doing one thing well for a lifetime", which is the cause of leprosy prevention and treatment.

When she first returned to China, she was assigned to the Central Institute of Dermatitis by the Bureau of Foreign Experts, so she gradually embarked on the path of leprosy prevention and treatment. 1970, she came into contact with leprosy patients for the first time in Jiangsu Province, and the tragic situation of the patients' collapsed noses and blinded eyes y pained her, and she began to develop the idea of conquering leprosy. This idea of hers met with the best opportunity - in the new China, which made great efforts to eliminate and control epidemic diseases, some diseases caused by social factors were really controlled for the first time, or even basically disappeared, and with the experience of prevention and treatment of these diseases first, such a world problem as leprosy, in China, it is not impossible to overcome it!

By the end of 1978, Li Huanying was transferred to the Beijing Institute of Tropical Medicine, which was just established, and formally established the scientific research path of leprosy prevention and treatment. In the "WHO leprosy treatment and immunological science work" meeting, Li Huanying and the world counterparts for the first time recognized the concept of "short-course combination chemotherapy", and learned that the WHO every year to apply for the country to provide assistance to the plan. After returning to China, she immediately reminded the relevant departments to apply for the program, and introduced the therapy into China, and actively embarked on a pilot study of hemp prevention.

In the midst of the many headaches, she keenly found a breakthrough entrance to establish an on-site research site. So, she chose Yunnan, which used to be the big backwater of the war that hosted her study, and now, it is the place where leprosy is rampant. In Jinghong and Mengla counties in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, there are several natural villages made up of leprosy patients, which are called "leprosy villages" by the world. These villages are known as "leprosy villages". These places, where most people are afraid to go, are the main battleground for medical workers. The drugs and treatments provided by the WHO are still being explored, and China's leprosy prevention and treatment work is the first battle fought by the advance troops in the world.

It was in this context that Li Huanying led the work team into the villages of thousands of hills and ravines, and stuck his head down for more than ten years. When the work was first carried out, these patients were abandoned by society for many years, and they no longer loved themselves. I did not expect that suddenly came a "big Mo Ya", not only do not wear isolation clothing, but also with the patients to hold hands, embrace, at any time to take off their shoes, check whether there are stones pinch feet. These patient contact and reassurance, so that they began to trust the doctor, and ignited a desire for rebirth. In Mengla County pilot, in order to experiment the standardization and later review tracking, Li Huanying strict requirements of the experimental staff, meticulous objective testing and record-keeping. A 47 cases of patients, strict records of every time the daily medication, lasted a full 27 months. Every staff member who came here at a later stage was shocked and touched by such a detailed and complete record of patient cases. During this period, many patients questioned and abandoned their medication because of adverse drug reactions. Li Huanying lived in the patient's home, over and over again to explain, patiently persuade them to continue to take the drug, and finally after 3 months, the patient's skin lesions surface abatement, back to normal. After painstaking efforts, the results of this pilot, fully met the expected goals of the WHO trial. Li Huanying also ran through all levels of skin prevention station, the success of the program in the pilot personally taught to the prevention and treatment personnel. 10 years later, the monitoring results show that Li Huanying presided over the treatment program, leprosy relapse rate of only 0.03%, far below the 1% standard set by the WHO. At the same time, she has published many informative and instructive papers in international and domestic academic journals, and her treatment has been promoted by WHO in many countries, curing many patients around the world.

Furthermore, in order to figure out the source of leprosy and the transmission pathway, it is necessary to study the source of leprosy bacteria and the chain of transmission through genotyping, therefore, Li Huanying began to enter the field of molecular biology to study leprosy bacteria, and her dream is to realize a leprosy-free world. Li Huanying summarized her life in the simplest words: she has been persistently engaged in the prevention and treatment of leprosy for a long time. And what supports her is a kind of plain and simple, consistent and constant initial heart.
