In order to introduce and show the students, the club prepared a variety of chocolate bars imported from Korea, which aroused great interest among the students, and many of them said that on this day they should not only think of shopping, but also make a phone call to their parents and friends far away from home to send winter greetings.

3. Overseas training to enhance the quality of teachers

(3) Mutual visits of personnel from friendly schools, refers to the selection and dispatch of teachers to each other's schools for comprehensive training based on cooperation programs with friendly schools, generally taking actual participation in business work as the main form.

For example, in 2015, in order to learn the concept of international advanced vocational education, and to further enhance the College's full-time teachers' ability to build professionalism and curriculum development, 16 of the College's key teachers went to Singapore to participate in the "Professionalism and Curriculum Development" training group to Nanyang Technological University, Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore Institute of Technology and other institutions to participate in learning and training. The college and Kaizumi University have decided to cooperate in the implementation of the "Kaizumi University Undergraduate Study Abroad Program" for students of the college, which is aimed at cultivating students who have both professional skills and good character, as well as an international education background and a good sense of responsibility. The program is designed to train students with professional skills and good moral character, as well as international educational background and intercultural communication skills. The program is open to 20 students per year. The program is open to second-year students who have completed two years of study, have completed the required courses, have no record of violation of laws or discipline, are in good health, are able to adapt to life abroad, and are interested in pursuing undergraduate studies at Chiayi University. Korea's Kusudang University focuses on the College's aircraft maintenance program, students enter the Kusudang University Korean Language Education Center for a period of 1 year of Korean language study. At the end of the language study period, students can be promoted to the third year of undergraduate study at Kusang University. If they have completed the required credits and reached the standard of undergraduate study, Kusang University will issue a bachelor's degree certificate recognized by the ministries of education of China and South Korea for the students. KDU provides full scholarships (about 10,000 RMB) for half-year language tuition for recommended students. Cooperate with Korea's Kusang University in nursing, optometry, architecture, aircraft maintenance, low-altitude pilot training, etc., to carry out post-secondary education, and more than 20 students participate in the university's post-secondary education program;

Teachers of Japanese nursing knowledge and language teachers are dispatched from Japan with teaching experience, so that students can master the basic knowledge of Japanese nursing and lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for successful overseas employment. Ensure that students experience foreign culture while learning a foreign language.

For students majoring in Food Processing, Aquatic Processing, Vegetable Processing, Textile Sewing, Electronic Component Processing, Automobile Parts, Mechanical Processing, Construction, etc., as long as the individual has the desire, the college will also give them the opportunity to arrange language training and send them abroad for employment.

Students majoring in maritime affairs are trained in accordance with the International Convention on the Law of the Sea and the International Standards for Seafarers from the beginning of their enrollment in the college, and joint training is carried out in cooperation with China National COSCO Corporation and Qingdao Ocean Shipping Company Limited. During the period when the students are on board, many of them are employed in international companies, and the highest annual salary reaches 25,200 US dollars, which really realizes the dream of "high-paying employment and free travel to the world"!

III. Problems and Prospects

As a national backbone higher vocational college, the college is in a backward position in terms of international exchanges and cooperation compared to similar colleges and universities across the country and the province. College in-service faculty and staff of more than 1,000 people, more than 19,000 students, currently involved in international exchanges of personnel such as the size of the school and the number of students and faculty than the lack of participation in the surface, the number of participants is small, has not yet formed a strong internationalization atmosphere.

First, the significance of international cooperation in running schools is not enough awareness. Due to insufficient publicity and guidance, the introduction of the introduction of higher vocational colleges and universities in developed countries is insufficient, resulting in insufficient awareness of the international cooperation carried out by the college by teachers and managers, insufficient attention to the trend of economic globalization and the increasing competition in the international community, and too little knowledge of the latest progress of the international institutions of their respective professions. Most of the faculty and staff do not recognize the importance of international cooperation in enhancing the core competitiveness of the college.

Second, the scale of international cooperative education is relatively small. At present, there is no substantive international cooperation school enrollment project, and the cooperation project with the South Korean Chodang University aircraft maintenance program is in the process of declaration; cooperation with Europe and the United States, due to the students' language problems, very few students participate in the project; overseas "College to University" exchange program, due to the lack of attention to the internationalization of the students' awareness of the guidance and cultivation of the campus internationalization atmosphere is not strong enough to participate in the project. The number of students participating in the program is low because of the insufficient attention to the guidance and cultivation of students' internationalization awareness and the insufficient internationalization atmosphere on campus.

Third, the construction of international exchange and cooperation teams needs to be strengthened. The regular international exchanges require foreign language talents, the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation has not established the College's translation team; the Office of International Cooperation is responsible for foreign affairs work, including visits, the procedures for visitors, reception, the staff is too small, the work is too busy to cope with; the international cooperation to run a school is a systematic project that involves all aspects of the College, such as the introduction of foreign students requires Chinese teachers and perfect The Office of International Cooperation is not coordinating enough and has not put forward constructive suggestions.

Fourth, the introduction of advanced educational resources to do less. Compared with the institutions in developed countries, there is a big gap between the macro level of school running level, operation mechanism, management mode and system design, and the micro level of education concept, teacher level, professional setting, curriculum system, evaluation method and teaching method. There is not enough effort in learning advanced foreign experience, introducing high-quality vocational education resources as a way to quickly promote the connotation construction and improve their own professional settings, curriculum system.

The "13th Five-Year Plan" is a critical period for international exchange and cooperation in vocational education, and internationalization will become a new growth point for schools. The state clearly pointed out that vocational colleges and universities should improve the mechanism of Sino-foreign cooperation, and combine international high-quality vocational education resources "brought in" with China's vocational education experience "going out"; international exchanges and cooperation in vocational education and the promotion of China's enterprises and products "going out"; the international exchanges and cooperation in vocational education and the promotion of Chinese enterprises and products "going out". "Combine international exchanges and cooperation in vocational education with the promotion of Chinese enterprises and products. International exchanges and cooperation in vocational education should not only focus on the domestic, but also participate in the development of international standards for vocational education and enhance the international impact of the National Vocational College Skills Competition.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the internationalization level of the college will be comprehensively improved, so that the level of international exchange and cooperation will be in the leading position among similar colleges and universities in China. Seize the opportunity to actively integrate resources and explore the establishment and construction of the College of International Education, so as to fundamentally reverse the passive situation of the college's international exchanges and cooperation. We should continue to promote the establishment of Chinese-foreign cooperative education programs in all majors, and promote students to pursue higher education or overseas employment; we should push the college to strengthen the construction of international students' apartments and foreign teachers' apartments, and try to cultivate international students by seizing the opportunity brought by the strategy of "One Belt, One Road"; we should incorporate internationalization indexes into all majors, and promote the internationalization content at the major level by combining with the new round of diagnosis and improvement of majors.
