1. The dance floor should be spacious and ventilated, with appropriate temperature. Some people suffering from asthma or heart disease often feel suffocated in such an environment, and even cause an old attack. Therefore, the dance floor must pay attention to ventilation and keep the air fresh.

2. The dancing time should not be too long, and it is necessary to master the intermission. If you are in an environment with dim light and strong rhythm for a long time, people's emotions are often too excited and easily lead to fatigue. If you are obsessed with dancing all day, it is not within the normal entertainment scope and will do harm to people's physical and mental health.

3. Avoid excessive rotation, swinging or twisting of limbs. Otherwise, uncontrollable dizziness or head swelling, burnout, chest tightness, etc. are easy to occur, which is usually called "dancing syndrome". Therefore, middle-aged and elderly people or people with high blood pressure and heart disease should pay more attention to moderate movements and do what they can.

4. It is not advisable to have a full meal before attending the dance, let alone drink, eat garlic and food with strong smell. Speak softly when dancing and don't be too close to your partner.

5. Pay attention to public and personal hygiene when attending the dance. Don't smoke, spit or litter in the dance floor. In order to prevent the spread of diseases between partners, it is best for dancers to wear thin gloves, or rub some moisturizing oil or balsam before dancing, which can play a certain barrier role. Wash your hands before eating cakes and cold drinks, and don't grab food directly with your hands. People suffering from infectious diseases such as hepatitis, tuberculosis and dysentery should not attend the dance. It is best for first-time pregnant women not to dance, especially dancing disco and other dances with a large amount of exercise, which is easy to cause abortion.
