Decomposition movements of the tea-picking dance

The Tea Picking Dance is mainly broken down into the following movements:

1. Drop step: First, take a small step forward with your right foot, then squat down. Then, the left foot also takes a small step forward until the distance between the two feet is appropriate.

2. Pallet: Extend your left hand outward, straighten your right hand with the palm facing upward, and place your hand behind your elbow with your wrist cocked upward as if you were lifting a teacup on a pallet.

3. Tea picking: the right hand is stretched downward and held in the void as if it were a tea leaf. Then, the arm is pulled upward, contrasting with the pallet in the left hand, indicating the action of picking tea.

4. Shaking the pole: The body turns to the right and the right hand turns with it, as if shaking the tea pole. At this time, the left hand remains motionless.

5. Running step: the right foot slowly takes a step forward, then the body follows and sprints forward.

6. Upside Down Tea: Turn around quickly and turn the tea cup upside down.
