Lunge, horse stance, false stance, how to say the lesson

Bow Stance:

The left foot takes a big step forward (about 4-5 times the length of one's foot), toes slightly inwardly buckled, left leg bent at the knee in a semi-squat, with the thigh slightly above the level and the knee not over the toes; the right leg straightens at the knee and the toes inwardly buckled diagonally in front of one's face. Both feet are on the ground, upper body is facing the front, both hands are clasped at the waist, and the eyes are looking at the front. Bow the left leg for the left lunge; bow the right leg for the right lunge.

Essentials: bow the front leg, tense the back leg, lift the chest and collapse the waist, sink the hips and close the hips, the two feet are on both sides of a longitudinal line, and the inner sides of the two feet are about 10 centimeters apart horizontally.

Horse stance:

Two feet open left and right (the distance between the inside of the feet is about three times the length of the foot), toes forward, bend the knees and hips half-squatting, the knee is not over the toes of the feet, the thighs are slightly higher than the knees, the whole foot on the ground.

The center of gravity of the body falls between the two feet. Clasp your hands at the waist. Eyes forward.

Essentials: Chest out, waist down, heels out.

Servant Stance:

Open both feet to the left and right, squatting with the right leg bent at the knee, toes and knee joints spread out, hips close to the right heel; the left leg is straight and flat, the toes buckled in, both feet landing on the ground, and the hands holding fists between the waists. Eyes on the left. The left leg of the servant is the left servant step; the right leg of the servant is the right servant step.

Essentials: Lift the chest and collapse the waist, and sink the hips on one side of the flat servant's leg.

Virtual Step:

Right foot is spread out at 45 degrees, bending knees and hips in a half-squat; left foot is open forward, knee slightly bent, foot surface is taut and flat, toes are pointing to the ground in vain, both knees are slightly inwardly buttoned; the center of gravity is on the right foot, and the hands are clasped at the waist. Look ahead. The left foot in front is the left false step; the right foot in front is the right false step.

The key point is to stand up with the chest and waist, and to distinguish between reality and reality.

High false step:

Straighten the legs of the false step, the front leg is still taut, and the tip of the foot is pointing to the ground. The main points are the same as the false step.

Rest Stance:

Cross the legs close together, full squat, left foot in front, full foot on the ground, toes out; right foot behind, forefoot on the ground, right knee out and close to the outside of the left calf, hips sitting close to the heel of the right foot, hands clasped at the waist. Eyes front or left. Left foot in front is the left resting step; right foot in front is the right resting step.

Essentials: Chest out and waist down, legs close together, waist forward leg twisting.
