Five hazards of cervical spondylosis
1, strokes
According to incomplete statistics, more than 90% of stroke patients have cervical spondylosis. The terrible thing is that many people don't pay attention to it. It was only after the stroke that cervical spondylosis was found to induce cranial nerve compression and lead to stroke.
2. Suddenly fall down
If it is caused by vertebral artery compression, many patients are misdiagnosed as nervous migraine due to the lack of attention to cervical health. If the time is not handled properly, serious patients will lead to cerebral congestion and sudden collapse.
3. Cerebral infarction and brain atrophy
Many patients with cervical spondylosis are induced by vertebral artery spasm and embolism as cerebral infarction, brain atrophy and other diseases.
4. paralysis
Many patients with cervical spondylosis do not know enough about cervical spondylosis and pay insufficient attention to it. If not treated in time, the stimulation and compression of cervical spondylosis on the spinal cord and nerves will easily lead to paralysis or incontinence of one or both upper limbs.
5, frequent tinnitus and even deafness
Many patients with cervical spondylosis suffer from compression of the spine and damage of sympathetic nerve endings, which leads to insufficient blood supply, and finally leads to frequent tinnitus and even deafness.
Therefore, it is very important to do a good job of prevention. Here's a little introduction, plus three movements, to treat cervical spondylosis skillfully and drive away the pain!
There is an acupuncture point specifically for cervical spondylosis.
Cervical pain? One step at a time, plus three movements, skillfully treat cervical spondylosis and drive away the pain!
Look at this photo carefully. First, put your right hand back up. Look, between the index finger and the middle finger, there are two tendons, one outside and the other inside.
Press the groove between the two ribs with the thumb of your left hand along the finger seam in the direction of the two ribs and push it forward until it can't be pushed. There is a physiological depression, which is attached to the top and separated from the bottom. This is the point that controls our cervical vertebrae. Just press hard!
It's sour to press, of course, so is the left hand ... by analogy, the same position of the middle finger and the ring finger is the acupoint in charge of the thoracic vertebrae, and the same position of the ring finger and the little finger is the acupoint in charge of the lumbar vertebrae.
Principle:
Huangdi Neijing
According to Huangdi Neijing, the pulse of Yangming in the large intestine starts from the thumb and the second finger, goes up along the finger, between the two bones of Hegu, between the two tendons, along the arm, into the elbow, up on the shoulder, before the epiphysis, up on the column bone meeting, down on the lack of basin, collaterals, lung meridian and down on the diaphragm. Its branches pass through the cheeks from the upper neck of the basin, enter the lower teeth, and also pass through the mouth, passing through people, left and right, left and right, pinching the nostrils. "
Refers to the large intestine from the Shangyang point at the radial end of the index finger, along the Hegu point between the radial upper edge of the index finger and the first and second metacarpals, up into the depression between the two tendons, along the radial upper edge of the forearm, to the outside of the elbow, through the shoulder, along the front edge of the upper arm, to the front of the acromion, to the Dazhui point under the spinous process of the seventh vertebra, and then to the pelvic cavity. Branches: ascending from the supraclavicular fossa, passing through the neck, passing through the cheek, entering the lower teeth, leaving the mouth, the left vein to the right, the right vein to the left, the left and right veins meeting at Renzhong point, then clamping the sides of the nostril, ending at Xiang Ying point beside the nose and meeting with the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming.
Dazhui point is located in the depression of the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra, that is to say, because this meridian leads to the human body from the index finger through the cervical vertebra, you can remotely deal with the cervical vertebra problem there as long as you press this magical point!
A folk prescription, skillfully treating cervical spondylosis
On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, Xiong Jibai, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, was able to combine some special prescriptions with specific diseases and put forward his own prescription for treating cervical spondylosis, which was called Gegen Curcuma Powder.
The composition of this prescription is particularly simple: pueraria lobata 30g, turmeric 15g, and clematis chinensis 15g. What kind of effect does such a simple medicine have?
Pueraria lobata is the dried root of pueraria lobata or pueraria lobata of Leguminosae. This medicine is sweet, pungent and cool in nature, belonging to spleen and stomach meridians. It has good effects of relieving muscle heat, promoting fluid production to quench thirst, penetrating rash, strengthening yang and stopping diarrhea. It is often used to treat exogenous fever, headache, stiff neck, thirst, measles, dysentery, diarrhea, hypertension, stiff neck and other diseases.
Curcuma longa is the dried rhizome of Curcuma longa of Zingiberaceae. Pungent, bitter and warm in nature, it enters the spleen and liver meridians, and has the functions of breaking blood, activating qi, dredging collaterals and relieving pain. It is often used to treat chest and hypochondriac pain, amenorrhea, hysteria, rheumatic shoulder and arm pain and traumatic swelling and pain.
Clematis chinensis is the dried root and rhizome of Ranunculaceae plant Clematis chinensis, Clematis gossypii (Polygonum hydropiper) or Clematis orientalis (Hemerocallis fulva). Pungent, salty and warm in nature, belonging to bladder meridian. Has the effects of expelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, dredging collaterals and relieving pain. It is often used to treat rheumatic joint pain, numbness of limbs, muscle and vein contracture, unfavorable flexion and extension, and choking of bones and pharynx.
In this recipe, 30 grams of pueraria lobata is used. Some people may wonder why the efficacy of Pueraria lobata is not mentioned in relieving muscle spasm, but it is mentioned in application. In Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Radix Puerariae was added to Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of "Yang disease, strong neck, no sweat and evil wind". In addition to relieving sweating and fever with pueraria lobata, pueraria lobata also has a good effect on relieving muscle spasm. Treatise on febrile diseases also shows that Gegen decoction is used to treat "stiff neck" in spasmodic syndrome.
In addition, Pueraria lobata has a certain role in dredging meridians, and most cervical spondylosis is related to wind-cold blocking the infection of qi and blood meridians. "Shen Nong Ben Cao Shu" records that Pueraria lobata "diverges and rises, and the nature of wind and medicine is also good, so it treats arthralgia". It can be seen that pueraria lobata is widely used here, which is intended to relax tendons, dispel wind and dredge collaterals.
Turmeric has a strong effect of promoting blood circulation, so it is called "blood-breaking" medicine, which can not only break blood and remove blood stasis, but also dredge meridians and relieve pain. In addition to this function, turmeric is originally an important drug for treating "shoulder air leakage". The "Principles of Syndrome Treatment" records: "Ginger tablets can enter the arm to treat pain, and also regulate the qi in the blood." It has a good therapeutic effect on shoulder and arm pain caused by cervical spondylosis.
Finally, this recipe also uses clematis, which is recorded in Shennong's Herbal Classic: "Wind is the mainstay, and good doers are the guide of wind medicine." It has good effects of expelling wind, removing dampness, dredging collaterals and relieving pain. Can be combined with Radix Puerariae to enhance the efficacy of expelling wind and removing dampness, and also enhance the efficacy of promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals and relieving pain of Curcuma longa.
Xiong Jibai's prescription can be used as both a basic prescription and an independent prescription for treating cervical spondylosis. If it is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, it should have a very good therapeutic effect.
Three actions to improve blood circulation
The first action: pat the back.
Pat the other side of our backs. After knocking, you will feel that this place is relaxed, the muscles in the shoulders are relaxed, and the blood circulation is improved, which is helpful to the cervical spine.
Many people are too old to reach or hit at all. It doesn't matter if they bump their necks
If you can't knock like this, you can knock from the front. The front is not as good as the back, but it is better than not playing at all.
The second action: stand on tiptoe.
Here is another method that is beneficial to cervical spine-tiptoe. Because the sun line behind us, from the top of the head to the bottom of the foot, is where the sun line passes. The easiest way for us to stretch the solar line.
Stand on tiptoe first. If you stand on tiptoe smoothly, straighten your back, look up, look up and exert yourself. After such an action, the whole back is stretched, including your neck.
This is gradual. Stand on tiptoe first, then consider raising your head. To a certain extent, this shoulder is relaxed. Practice at home step by step, and practice on tiptoe first.
We must do it step by step. If you really can't lift your head, just stand on tiptoe. If you do well on this basis, stand on tiptoe and hold your head high for a while.
If you do it well, you can lift it, lift it for a while, and then flatten it. In this case, it will be of great help to the cervical spine after a long time!
In addition to two simple gestures that can protect the cervical spine, I will introduce you to a bedtime action.
The third measure: get out, get out of health-get back.
Sticking to rolling back before going to bed at night can improve yang, dredge Du meridian and bladder meridian, and repair damaged cervical vertebra.
Method: Lying on the ground, you put your knees in your arms and hook your head on your knees as much as possible. Like a wheel, it turns over and over 36 times. When rolling, the tongue is on the palate, the head is hooked as much as possible, and people curl up there like a round wheel.
Then what is landing? The spine is on the ground. After you curl up like this, the whole person is lying on the ground with his spine. Toss and turn to get through the spine.
