Apply for a health certificate

Public hospitals above the second level can apply for health certificates. The places that apply for health certificates all start work at 8 o'clock, close at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and don't go to work on weekends and holidays. Please remember to spend the working day. You can get a health certificate on the fifth working day after the physical examination. Please bring two 1 inch photos and your ID card!
