How long is the kindergarten physical examination valid?

How long does it take for the kindergarten to have a physical examination?

It is valid for three months.

According to the newly revised Health Care Standard for Nursery Institutions, children should go to medical institutions for height (length) and weight measurement, eye, ear, mouth and vision examination, general internal medicine examination, hemoglobin and alanine aminotransferase examination before entering the park.

When children transfer to the park, they can directly transfer to the park with the "Health Certificate for Children Transfer to the Park" and "Health Manual for Children Aged 0 ~ 6" provided by the original child care institution. The validity period of the "health certificate for children transferred to the park (institute)" is 3 months. Children who have left the kindergarten for more than 3 months need to undergo health examination again according to the entry inspection items.

The safety and health of freshmen entering the park is a problem that needs the attention of kindergartens and parents. Kindergarten has the responsibility to ensure that every child is healthy, which is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of mass infectious diseases.
