The types of health certificates are divided into general health certificates and food health certificates, which are needed by people in the catering industry. According to the provisions of national laws and regulations, staff engaged in food, environment, labor, radiation, schools and pharmaceutical production and operation must have regular physical examinations and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts. Employees who are employed or go out to work should have physical examinations and establish health records, and students at school should also have regular physical examinations and establish standardized health records.
Engaged in food production and business activities without obtaining a food production and business license, or engaged in food additive production activities without obtaining a food additive production license, the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall confiscate the illegal income and illegal production and business of food, food additives and tools, equipment, raw materials and other items used for illegal production and business; If the value of food and food additives illegally produced and operated is less than 1 10,000 yuan, a fine of more than 50,000 yuan110,000 yuan will be imposed; If the value of goods is more than 1 10,000 yuan, a fine of more than 10 and less than 20 times shall be imposed.

People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law
Article 2 Whoever engages in the following activities within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall abide by this Law:
(a) food production and processing (hereinafter referred to as food production), food sales and catering services (hereinafter referred to as food business);
(2) Production and operation of food additives;
(3) Production and operation of packaging materials, containers, detergents and disinfectants for food and tools and equipment for food production and operation (hereinafter referred to as food-related products);
(four) the use of food additives and food-related products by food producers and operators;
(5) Storage and transportation of food;
(6) Safety management of food, food additives and food-related products.
The quality and safety management of edible agricultural products (hereinafter referred to as edible agricultural products) shall comply with the provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products. However, the sales of edible agricultural products, the formulation of relevant quality and safety standards, the publication of relevant safety information and the provisions of this law on agricultural inputs shall abide by the provisions of this law.
