Announcement of occupational health in iron and steel works

This is really a difficult problem.

Occupational hazards in iron and steel plants are common and serious, mainly carbon monoxide, dust and noise. The hazards of carbon monoxide in the working environment of steel mills can be divided into acute poisoning and chronic poisoning. Acute poisoning should be avoided by paying more attention, and it is very important to give follow-up medical treatment once it occurs. In order to deal with chronic poisoning, in addition to providing alarm equipment and strengthening forced ventilation in the area, I think we should pay special attention not to work continuously in the working environment for a long time, and pay attention to ventilation in a good outdoor environment frequently during operation. Generally speaking, the probability of suffering from chronic carbon monoxide poisoning is not high.

The noise hazard of steel mills is an occupational hazard factor, which is easily reflected in the above hazards. After working for a few years (three or four years may be enough), the binaural high-frequency hearing threshold decreases, generally showing a deep V-shape. At this time, if you don't move out of the noisy working environment or strengthen preventive measures, you may develop mild noise deafness in a few years. I found that workers in noisy working environment often do not pay attention to the protection against noise hazards. Even if the earplug earmuffs are factory-distributed, they can be used correctly. My little suggestion (which is also the opinion of occupational disease prevention experts) is to put a small cotton ball into the external auditory canal and pay attention to persistence, which can play a very good protective role.

As for the prevention of dust hazards, it is very important for factories to equip employees with qualified dust masks, paying special attention to timely replacement and shortening the replacement cycle if necessary.

Having said that, the employer should also organize workers to go to medical institutions with occupational disease examination qualifications for occupational health examination every year to find occupational taboos and occupational injuries in time. If enterprises can't do this, they can't go there.

At present, the employment pressure of college graduates is still relatively high. It is not easy to find a stable position with relatively high income. The opportunity lies in your own grasp. Having said so much nonsense, the last sentence: correctly position yourself, accurately grasp the opportunity, pay attention to labor protection, and have a healthy and happy generation.
