Article 6? Students have completed the teaching content required by the training program, and their grades are qualified, which meets the graduation conditions. Article 8 Application procedures for student financial assistance policies
Before students from poor families enter school, they can apply for student-origin credit loan to the student financial aid management institution in the county (city, district) where their household registration is located. Students from poor families apply to the school after entering the school, and the college student financial assistance department identifies the difficulties according to the students' specific conditions and takes corresponding measures to give financial assistance.

Article 12? Admission rules
1, filing ratio: volunteering to file batches in order, and the proportion of the school's access to candidates' files is controlled within 120% in principle. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the proportion of file adjustment should be controlled within 105% in principle. Where the province of origin has special provisions on the proportion of files submitted, it shall be implemented according to the requirements of the proportion of files submitted by the province of origin.
2. Volunteering in colleges and universities: In the provinces and cities where "parallel volunteer" is implemented, admission is based on the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers"; In the provinces and cities where "sequential volunteering" is practiced, schools give priority to the first volunteer candidates, and recruit non-volunteer candidates if they are not satisfied with the first volunteer.
3. Professional Admission: The principle of "voluntary priority" is adopted, that is, when enrolling a major with enough volunteer students, 1 volunteer candidates are admitted from high to low, and 1 volunteer students are admitted in voluntary order.
4. Priority level: Candidates with the same filing scores shall be executed according to the method stipulated by our college, that is, candidates with the same filing scores shall be compared in language, mathematics, synthesis and foreign languages in turn, and those with the highest filing scores shall be given priority in admission and major arrangement.
5. Professional adjustment: for the same batch of candidates who volunteered to apply for our school and failed to accept the adjustment according to their professional volunteers, they will be adjusted from high scores to low scores to majors that are not fully registered and meet the requirements of professional training.
6. Retirement: Candidates who do not meet their professional aspirations and do not obey the adjustment will be retired.
7. Care plus points: Candidates who enjoy the care policy are admitted according to the regulations of the admissions examination institutions in their provinces (cities, districts).
8. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rules of "admission plan 1: 1".
