I. Recruitment positions and conditions

Open recruitment positions are civil servants in our city's law enforcement agencies and administrative agencies (units) with reference to the civil service law, and other civil servants with equivalent ranks.

The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1) has China nationality;

(2) 18 years old and under 35 years old (1born between March 1984 and March 2002). In 2020, the age of graduate students and doctoral students (non-in-service) can be relaxed to below 40 years old (1born after March 979, excluding assistant judges and prosecutors);

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the leadership and socialist system of the * * * production party in China;

(4) Good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(6) Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;

(7) Having a bachelor degree or above;

(8) Have other qualifications required by the proposed position.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Specifically, I have worked in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations at or below the county level. The experience of working in military regiments and units below the equivalent regiments, and the experience of retired soldiers in active service in the army can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Servicemen, non-fresh graduates, on-the-job civil servants and staff of administrative organs (units) who refer to the civil service law cannot apply for the exam. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from China's * * * Party membership, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, civil servants and staff of administrative organs (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law who have been dismissed for less than five years and are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to law may not apply for the examination. (2) Online registration

Registration is conducted online in rsks.hrss.tj.gov.cn.

Registration time: June 29th from 8:00 to July 5th 18:00.

Qualification examination time: June 29th from 8:00 to July 6th 18:00.

Applicants can only choose one position to register, and the application materials submitted should be true and accurate. Those who provide false registration materials, and those who forge or alter relevant documents, materials and information to defraud the examination qualification will be dealt with severely in accordance with relevant regulations.

The recruitment agency will review the application materials submitted by the applicants, and the results of the qualification examination will be fed back within 48 hours after submitting the application. Applicants can make inquiries on the registration website. During the review period and after passing the review, it is not allowed to change to other positions. Those who have not passed the examination after the registration deadline cannot submit their application for registration again or change their positions.

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of examination and admission. In all aspects of the examination, it is found that the applicants do not meet the requirements for the examination, and the recruitment agency may cancel their examination or employment qualifications.

(3) Payment confirmation

Applicants who have passed the qualification examination must pay the fee within the specified time, from 8:00 on June 29th to 7: 00 on July 7th 18:00. For positions with less than 3 applicants, no examination can be held (for positions admitted by the ratio of male to female 1: 1, the ratio of each stage is calculated according to the number of male and female applicants and their own gender employment plans). If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, the Municipal Civil Service Bureau will adjust the number of recruitment plans for the position accordingly. Third, the examination subjects and time

(1) Written examination

The written test includes public subjects and professional subjects. The public subject is administrative professional ability test and application, with a full score of 100, and the written test scores are combined according to the ratio of administrative professional ability test and application of 50%. Professional subjects are required for people's police positions in public security organs, with full score of 100. The written test scores are synthesized according to the proportion of 40%, 30% and 30% of the administrative professional ability test, application and professional subject test scores respectively. Written test time: July 25th and 26th.

July 25th: 09: 00 am ~11:00 am administrative professional ability test.

Candidates should take the exam at the time and place determined on the admission ticket. To apply for municipal and vertical administrative organs, the examination room is generally arranged in six districts of the city, and to apply for district-level and below organs, the examination room is generally arranged in the district. You must bring the admission ticket and the second-generation resident ID card at the same time (consistent with the registration).

(2) Qualification examination and physical fitness assessment

The specific time of qualification review and physical fitness assessment will be notified separately by the recruitment agency.

After the written test, the written test scores are sorted from high to low. According to the ratio of recruitment plan number to interview number 1:3 for each position, the interviewers for each position are determined. If the ratio of 1:3 is not reached, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people who entered the interview for the position.

Among them, if the recruitment position requires physical fitness assessment, it will be sorted from high score to low score according to the written test results. First, determine the participants in physical fitness assessment according to the proportion of the number of people in each position's recruitment plan and the number of people who participate in physical fitness assessment, and then determine the interviewers according to the proportion of qualified people in physical fitness assessment, that is, 1:4. When the number of participants in physical fitness assessment is less than 1:4, organize physical fitness assessment according to the actual number of posts. Those who fail the physical fitness assessment and fail to participate in the physical fitness assessment as required cannot enter the interview.

Before the interview, the personnel who enter the interview need to hold the original qualification certificate and other materials to the recruitment agency for qualification review. If the main information of the relevant materials is false, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review as required shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification.

(3) Interview

The interview will be held in mid-September, and the specific time will be notified separately by the recruitment agency.

Candidates can download and print the interview admission ticket from 8: 00 on September 8, and participate in the interview according to the time and place notified by the recruitment agency with the second-generation resident ID card (consistent with the registration) and the interview admission ticket.

The interview is mainly structured, with a full score of 100 and a passing line of 60. Those who fail to reach the passing line will not be hired. After the interview, the total score will be synthesized according to the ratio of written test score and interview score of 50% each. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

(4) Others

According to the actual needs, the recruitment agency conducts psychological quality tests on the candidates who enter the interview. The test results are not included in the interview results and are for reference only. Those who fail to take the psychological quality test as required are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

After the interview, according to the ratio 1: 1 between the number of people who plan to recruit for each position and the number of people who participate in the medical examination and investigation, and according to the order of the total score from high to low, the people who enter the medical examination and investigation are determined. The total score is tied, which leads to the situation that the number of people entering the medical examination and inspecting exceeds the number of job recruitment plans, and is determined according to the principle that the person with the highest written test score is given priority; There are still cases of juxtaposition, and they are determined to participate in medical examinations and inspections.

The physical examination is conducted in a medical institution or physical examination center designated by the Municipal Civil Service Bureau. For non-organizational reasons, applicants who fail to attend the physical examination and re-examination according to the prescribed time and place are deemed to have given up automatically. Job vacancies caused by unqualified medical examination or voluntary abandonment can be applied by the recruitment agency, and with the consent of the Municipal Civil Service Bureau, they will be filled from the candidates in the post according to the total score from high to low.

The inspection work was organized and implemented in accordance with the Regulations on Civil Servant Recruitment Inspection and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Tianjin Civil Servant Recruitment Inspection (Trial). Those who fail the inspection will not be hired.
