Examination day
Candidates must wear masks all the time during the exam. Candidates are requested to bring their own masks to the test center.
Candidates are advised to arrive at the test center 30 minutes or earlier than the conventional oral and written test arrival time, so as to ensure that there is enough time to complete the epidemic prevention processes such as temperature detection, inspection of epidemic prevention health information code (health code) and communication big data travel card (travel code), and enter the examination room on time.
When entering the campus where the test center is located, please cooperate with the school's epidemic prevention and control requirements, such as health code scanning, boarding code scanning, temperature detection, visitor registration, etc. Only candidates whose health code and travel code are green and whose body temperature is below 37.3 degrees Celsius can enter the campus.
Candidates will take a temperature test and register before entering the examination room. Candidates whose body temperature is above 37.3 degrees Celsius twice will not be able to take the exam. Candidates also need to sign a written personal health statement. If you fail to meet the prevention and control requirements (see the "Application for Refund" section below for details), you will not be able to take the exam.
Please maintain good hygiene habits on the day of the exam, such as wiping your hands with disposable disinfectant provided by the test center and washing your hands frequently.
Please follow the guidelines on the day of the exam and try to keep a distance of 1 m from other candidates and test center staff.
Abnormal situation response
If candidates have fever, persistent cough, dyspnea or other flu symptoms on the day of the exam, please be sure to cooperate with the epidemic prevention measures and control procedures of the test center. If there are any extra expenses, candidates should bear them themselves.
Personal health statement
According to the relevant requirements of the government and the epidemic prevention policy of BEC examination, all candidates must sign a written personal health statement before entering the examination area on the day of the examination to confirm that they can take the current BEC examination. Candidates must ensure that the declared information is true, accurate and complete, and know the legal consequences and responsibilities that will be borne by concealment, as well as other adverse effects that may be caused to them, such as canceling test scores and prohibiting them from taking relevant exams.
