Verify parents' Huawei account through parental protection and retrieve it.
If the parents' Huawei account is associated when the healthy tablet child mode is started, the parents' Huawei account can be verified through parental protection to retrieve it.
The operation is as follows:
Click Forgot Password in the interface of entering the password of healthy tablet? Then choose to verify the parent Huawei account, and enter the password of the parent Huawei account before resetting the password.
If the tablet has the parental protection function turned on, you need to log in to the parents' Huawei account password after the factory settings are restored, before you can turn off and clear the screen time management of the healthy tablet (student mode). If you choose to skip, healthy use of the tablet (student mode) cannot be turned off and cleared.
If you forget the password and secret protection questions used by the health tablet, and you don't have a Huawei account associated with your parents, please solve them as follows:
Force the tablet to return to the factory settings to ease the healthy use of the tablet.
Forcibly restoring the factory settings can cancel the healthy use of the tablet, but all personal data in the tablet will be lost.
If the tablet turns on the function of finding my tablet, you need to verify the Huawei account registered by the tablet after restoring the factory settings, otherwise you will not be able to enter the system. Please operate with caution.
If the previous Huawei account has been cancelled (all data will be deleted and cannot be recovered once the Huawei account is cancelled), you will not be able to log in to Huawei account.
If there is no Huawei account associated with the parents, it is recommended to back up important data within the set time limit, forcibly restore the tablet to the factory settings, and terminate the healthy use of the tablet (student mode).
