It's hard to taste braised noodles. The key is to be healthy with less oil and salt.

I usually have nothing to do at home and like to learn cooking. One day, I suddenly wanted to eat fried noodles while watching TV, and I was very hungry. Looking at the ingredients in the kitchen, I made a braised noodle. Crispy beans and the delicious food on them are delicious.

1. Break the beans into small pieces, slice the meat, and mince the garlic, pepper and onion for later use.

2. Saute shallots and garlic in a hot pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until a little yellow, add soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste, and then pour in beans.

3. Stir the beans for 5 minutes, add water, and don't touch the surface of the beans. Turn to medium heat until the soup boils and sprinkle with the top strips.
