In order to resolutely block the transmission route of COVID-19 epidemic and cut off the chain of epidemic transmission, according to the relevant regulations of the state, provinces and cities on epidemic prevention and control, the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19 County decided to strictly implement closed prevention and control management in Laoting County. On this basis, in accordance with the principle of "everyone should check", all personnel in the county were tested for nucleic acid, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Blocking control and nucleic acid sampling time: from 6: 00 on April 19, and the release time will be announced separately. On April 9th, 65438+ 10, during the lock-up period, the whole staff was tested for nucleic acid once a day.

1. Residents are requested to bring their ID cards, prepare electronic health cards in advance, wear masks all the time, and take samples at the original sampling point. The later test results will serve as an important basis for admission control.
2. Residents should do a good job in personal protection and participate in all-staff nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner as required. During the sampling period, please strictly keep a "one-meter line" and don't walk around at will to prevent cross-infection. After the sampling is completed, please follow the unified command of the on-site staff and return to your residence as soon as possible.
3. The staff will provide door-to-door sampling service for the elderly living alone, the disabled and the chronically ill, and ask other family members to contact the staff in time.
4. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours cannot take nucleic acid samples. They should explain the situation to community workers, provide proof and make registration, and collect nucleic acids in time after 48 hours at home.
5. Party and government organs and institutions at the county level should strictly implement the responsibilities of the territorial and outsourcing departments, and the staff should sink to the front line according to the established arrangements and fully participate in the prevention and control of the village epidemic. It is hoped that volunteers will continue to report to the workplace before 6 o'clock and carry out prevention and control tasks according to the prevention and control work they participated in before;
6. Except for special circumstances such as nucleic acid detection and emergency, all personnel "can't get out, can't get in, can't get in", stay indoors, remain relatively still, and do a good job in health monitoring of residents. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, you should report to your village and community in time, and cooperate with the prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection.
7. All villages in the county are under closed management. In principle, only one entrance and exit is reserved in each village and residential area, the bayonet is on duty 24 hours a day, and there are not less than 2 people on duty at the checkpoint. Urban operation security personnel, epidemic prevention personnel and public officials can enter and leave the community with a letter of introduction from the unit or a personal pass issued by the epidemic prevention headquarters.
8. Implement temporary traffic control for epidemic prevention and control. In addition to special vehicles such as medical ambulances, fire rescue vehicles, military and police vehicles, and vehicles with passes for epidemic prevention and control, people's livelihood security, and emergency materials transportation issued by relevant departments, other vehicles are prohibited from passing in principle.
9. Strictly deal with domestic garbage related to the epidemic. Set up medical garbage bins at each sampling point, and do a good job in the transportation, collection, disinfection and treatment of garbage.
10. Do a good job in basic living security. County Market Supervision Bureau, Business Promotion Bureau, Industry and Information Bureau, Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Development and Reform Bureau and other departments should combine towns and villages to ensure the supply and distribution of basic living materials as a whole. Fresh fruit and vegetable shops and pharmacies in and around each community are not allowed to enter the store, and daily necessities and medicines are traded and distributed in a non-contact way.

12. During the global closure, all business premises in the region will be closed, except for urban operation supporting industries such as water, electricity, life support, communication and logistics. Employees of key enterprises, construction sites, designated suppliers and other market entities eat and live in the unit, and are not allowed to go out at will and obey the unified arrangements of the competent departments of the industry. The unit is responsible for contacting local towns to arrange nucleic acid sampling.
13. Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid detection, disturb the order, enter or leave the card without permission, or conceal the itinerary will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
