1. Jeju Island visa-free:
Visitors who hold valid passports for more than 6 months, book direct round-trip air tickets and hotel accommodation in advance (with hotel confirmation letter), and are free to travel to Jeju Island at any time.
The Coke Jeju Island Self-help Tour under Jeju Island Tourism Service Center provides you with the visa-free policy of Jeju Special Autonomous Road Government:
In 2002, the South Korean government officially designated Jeju Island as a visa-free and tax-free international free city, provided that the number of groups exceeds five. As of February 2008, the Korean government continued to relax the above policy, and families and individuals of China citizens can enjoy visa-free access (landing visa). That is to say, no matter which city in China leaves for Jeju Island, no matter whether it is a group or an individual, as long as they show their valid passports and destination tickets or boarding passes to Jeju Border Police, they can go through customs clearance smoothly without going through any visa formalities, and they can stay in Jeju Island for 30 days.
In short: with a passport valid for more than 6 months (including a blank passport, that is, a passport that has not left the country), book a direct flight ticket to and from Jeju Island, book a local hotel accommodation in Jeju Island in advance (it is best to print a hotel confirmation letter), and you can go to Jeju Island freely at any time.
Precautions:
1: China citizens who are refused visas by the Korean Embassy, illegally staying in Korea or blacklisted in Korea, please consult the Korean Embassy before making exit plans. So as not to bring unnecessary trouble to your trip.
Please make full preparations before leaving the country, for example, book a hotel or accommodation in Jeju Island first, so as not to prevent the Korean police from preventing you from entering the country because they have not implemented the reception itinerary.
Please prepare enough travel cash before going abroad in case of emergency. In addition, each passenger of the airline is only allowed to carry about 5,000 US dollars (more than 30,000 RMB). Please refer to it yourself!
Please dress neatly and check your visa in Jeju Island (visa-free) in case the Korean border police mistakenly think that you are an illegal worker going to Jeju Island and refuse you entry. There have been such incidents before.
Second, the boarding process:
1, choose the nearby Jeju Island Airport for direct flights.
2. Go to the designated counter (the airline that bought the ticket) to check in, and follow the prompts to guide you through the customs, pass the security check, and board the plane accordingly.
3. The stewardess will send three tickets to the tourists, and fill in the tourist's name, passport number, round-trip flight number, return date, hotel address and name according to the actual situation.
3. Jeju Airport Customs Clearance:
Arrive at Jeju airport and submit three bills at a time according to the flow of people. After going through two customs one by one, I picked up my luggage, took it out, and submitted the last document to the arrival hall of Jeju Airport.
Hope to adopt!
