How to choose good noodles;
(1) Appearance: Good vermicelli is tightly packed, with neat ends, and won't break when lifted vertically.
(2) Smell: Take out some noodles, or smell them with your nose at one end of the noodles. If there is a faint smell of wheat flour, but there is no musty, sour and peculiar smell, it means that noodles are good.
(3) Strength test: For a good noodle, hold both ends of a noodle by hand and bend it gently until the bending degree reaches more than 5cm.
