Turn off the computer and sleep. It's best to turn off the computer during lunch break in the office. Even if the screen is turned off, the radiation from the host computer still exists. Therefore, when you sleep at noon, even if it is half an hour or twenty minutes, you should develop the good habit of turning off the computer.

Don't eat greasy food or eat too much before going to bed. Greasy food will increase blood viscosity, aggravate coronary artery disease and increase the digestive burden of the stomach.

It is not advisable to lie down and take a nap immediately after lunch. After lunch, a lot of blood flows to the stomach, blood pressure drops, oxygen supply and nutrition to the brain drop obviously, which easily leads to insufficient blood supply to the brain. Generally, you have to rest for more than ten minutes after a meal before taking a nap.

Avoid strong external stimuli during a nap. Because of muscle relaxation, telangiectasia and enlarged sweat pores after falling asleep, it is easy to catch a cold or other diseases, and we should also pay attention to avoid catching a cold.

Light activity after waking up. Stand up slowly after a nap, drink a glass of water to replenish blood volume and dilute blood viscosity. Don't engage in complicated and dangerous work at once, because waking up for the first time often makes people feel in a trance.
