Vipassana philosophy is the cosmology and methodology of Vipassana culture. It inherits, sorts out and absorbs the essence of human knowledge, and on this basis, it further realizes the Tao and refines the laws of the operation, development and change of all things in the universe, as well as the views of truth, morality, ethics, historical laws and human nature. Vipassana philosophy embodies the essence and theoretical basis of Vipassana culture and is the core of Vipassana culture's emergence and development. The rest system of Vipassana culture is the extension, expansion and concrete application of Vipassana philosophy system. (A) only know the fundamental law

With the rapid development of society and the increasing competition, some mental diseases related to the development of the times are also increasing. It is necessary for us to understand the manifestations, causes and corresponding countermeasures of these diseases to ensure our own health. For most white-collar workers in China, stress has become a way of life. This is not necessarily a bad thing. Stress is not a problem, but how to deal with it. It depends on how you look at stress, and how you look at stress depends in part on whether you see it or not. Many people don't feel pressure, just like a fish swimming in the water without seeing water. Since we don't feel the pressure of life, we will live mechanically, just like an automatic navigator. The mind is often so troubled, but they either dwell on the memories of the past or think about the future. Few people live in the present.

We use the word stress many times here, but we haven't defined it yet. I quite like this word, because it has a wide meaning and can contain all the pain. From a scientific point of view, the word stress is stupid, because it refers to both the stimulation of the problem and the reaction of the problem itself. Therefore, stress is defined as the response of an organism to a whole range of oppression and orders. So, everything can be stressful, but it doesn't have to be like this. It depends on whether there is pressure for change there. Of course, change itself is stressful because you have to adapt to changes in the environment.

(B) the training of mindfulness

Introspection means paying attention in a special way: purposeful, at this moment, without any critical eyes. Realize that ideas are just ideas, and ideas are not facts. Stress reduction and relaxation plan We adopt a whole set of Vipassana stress reduction course plan. We think the best way to teach patients is to offer this course. Mindfulness training is the foundation of the whole course, which can unify all exercises. No matter how proficient you are in traditional meditation and yoga methods or psychoanalytic techniques, no matter how much calmness, silence and relaxation you cultivate, if mindfulness does not overflow into your daily life, you will not have wisdom. Sitting like a Buddha for an hour is useless if the rest of the time is out of control like a cow. I didn't realize the serious problems at work or at home. Therefore, we believe that daily mindfulness is extremely important for the essence of Vipassana training.

A plan to reduce stress and relax

The content of this course is how to take care of yourself, how to have skills and a complete life, and how to move towards better health and happiness if possible. This is not to replace medical care, but to make up for its lack. When people have stress problems, doctors often can't find any physiological mistakes and have to refer them to psychiatrists or psychological counselors. This means that the problem is mental. Our treatment orientation is different from that of hospitals and psychiatric departments. In this meditation-based decompression center, we have established a very different model about general and special medical intervention. We are a group of people who do general training together, but the point is not their personal problems, but what they have. Each of them has different diseases, different family troubles, different genders and work conditions, and doctors are responsible for their special treatment. We only teach them one thing: how to pay attention to things, that is, how to keep mindfulness and how to fine-tune their mood. We give patients some personal care and modify the instructions according to their personal needs and environment. We will conduct one-on-one evaluation interviews with each patient to evaluate their performance before and after training and their situation after long-term practice. Cooperate with psychological measurement (SAS, SDS, SCL90, EPQ) to carry out quantitative empirical research report. To explore the effect and influence of Vipassana on syndrome and personality change. In the interview, we should listen to patients telling their own stories and their real feelings about the disease and the body. We try to listen to patients sincerely and experience their situation with sympathy. This course of treatment lasts for eight weeks, and patients come once a week for about two and a half hours. There are about 10 people in class one, sitting in a circle. They also have homework. They practice Vipassana for 45 minutes every day, six days a week. They should also do some consciousness exercises in their workbooks and write down their thoughts and feelings. The most important thing is to pursue and let go effortlessly, that is, to discover the initial heart of novices. (A) Vipassana meditation process

(1). Southern Buddhism:

After the death of the Buddha, around 254 BC, King Ashoka sent Dharma missionaries to India's neighboring countries to promote Buddhism, so Vipassana also spread to Ceylon (now Sri Lanka), Myanmar, Kashmir (now Kashmir) and other regions, and the local people also benefited from it. Among them, Buddhism spread to Ceylon, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand and other regions, forming today's "Southern Buddhism". Brief Introduction of Master Nanchuan (omitted)

As for India, after long-term changes, many different sects have also formed within Buddhism. By about 350 AD, no Bodhisattva had compiled 100 Volume "On the Land of Yoga Teachers", which kept many important materials of Vipassana Buddhism. From this period, the practice of observing and practicing Buddhism began to rise, and in 600 AD, the practice of esotericism spread in India. In contrast, there are fewer and fewer people who can guide the initial practice of Vipassana. By the year 1200, due to the invasion of Muslim troops, the whole Indian Buddhism declined completely.

(2). Buddhism spread to the north:

Buddhism began to be introduced into China from about AD 150, and early translators also introduced Vipassana. The practice of "observing breathing" as the main entry convenience is misunderstood as "Hinayana" and it is difficult to prevail in Han Dynasty. In 648 A.D., Master Xuanzang translated the Yoga Master's Theory of Land from Sanskrit into Chinese, in which The Land of Sound described in detail how yogis (yogis) prepare resources for their own practice, how to settle down, how to achieve a harmonious state of mind, and how to practice introspection with six things (meaning, matter, phase, quality, time and reason). Therefore, although there are good textbooks, they have been shelved for a long time. In the early years of the Republic of China, this theory was paid attention to again, but it was only limited to academic discussion [4].

(3). Japanese Buddhism:

Buddhism was introduced to Japan from China in 538 AD. The method of Vipassana originated from Japanese Zen master Bai Wen (1685- 1768) 250 years ago. The Vipassana method now refers to the method established by Yoshimoto Yoshinobu (19 16- 1988) in 1940 under the guidance of his mentor Taya, and the results obtained by individuals by recalling the basic interpersonal relationships in their own life experiences and answering the questions of three Vipassana projects, so as to verify their own history. Gibbon Paul worked hard to develop Vipassana and gradually became naikan therapy.

(b) Zen structure of Vipassana culture

"What is the purpose of our meditation? How do we cultivate introspection? This is a very important question. The answer is: We cultivate Vipassana by observing the five elements. The spiritual and material characteristics of all living things are the essence of everything. For them, it may be because of greed that they are willing to catch it. In this case, it is called "catching six objects" or it may be caught by mistake because of Jaken. This is the so-called "competition with Jaken". You need to observe them to see their truth, otherwise, you will catch them because of greed and Jaken. Once you see their reality. You can't take it anymore. So you cultivate Vipassana "-Maha Bridge Honorable Person.

The whole structure of Vipassana cultural meditation is based on the understanding of five connotations, the latitude of silence and Vipassana, and the axis of consciousness and unique knowledge. Do everything possible to prove that no "I" and "five connotations" are the structure of psychology (personality) and have five different psychological functions (color, acceptance, thinking, behavior and cognition). The five connotative structures of psychological function system are mainly found in the psychological breakthrough law caused by Vipassana practice, and can also be summarized and verified from our daily psychological phenomena. "Stop" is inner stability, just as the method is to filter muddy water before entering the open. "View" is awareness and identity, and it is open and transcends concepts. There is no separation between "self" and the object of experience, and the observer is the observed. The goal of Vipassana meditation is to develop mindfulness through the process of Vipassana awareness. Vipassana understands things by observing their birth and death, and truly experiences the true colors of any visual goal. Mindfulness is to completely focus on the present, and the right knowledge of impermanence, suffering and selflessness is constantly rising.

(3) The classics and inheritance of Vipassana meditation culture.

The theory that the source of Zen in Vipassana culture is the land of practitioners is based on knowledge. 100 volume "On the Land of the yogi" is one of the most important Shurangama Sutra papers in Buddhist scriptures, generally written by Maitreya. Yoga is a transliteration of Sanskrit yoga, which means correspondence, intersubjectivity, consistency and mutual understanding of background and place. Through listening, thinking and acting, we can achieve the achievements of Buddhism and Taoism and adjust all beings with the way of achievement. The methodology of Vipassana cultural meditation comes from Agama's most important argument in southern China-Pure Taoism, and its position is roughly equivalent to the theory of the land of the yogi in the yoga school system. According to the second order, this paper discusses the essence of the three studies: discipline, determination and wisdom. The core of Pure Taoism is to elaborate the basic theories of Buddhism on four truths, five connotations, eight right paths and twelve origins from both spiritual and material aspects. The meditation of Vipassana culture absorbs the pure viewer's thoughts of "not entering the future" and "not meditating" and understands the present, instead of adopting the meditation method of "concentration" and adopting the method of "awareness". Meditation of Vipassana culture inherits the teachings of Maha Bridge. Practice the Vipassana method of thinking, life and mindfulness of Zen master A Jiang Nian and the three-stage Vipassana method of Maha Bridge (basic advanced, meditation advanced and Vipassana advanced), and complete 16 Vipassana. Mr. Haiming attaches great importance to the all-round research and dynamic investigation of culture. Any culture can only add value through communication, and people can only realize the second human reality through communication. The cultural communication of Vipassana education is a process in which people can quickly enjoy Vipassana culture, cultivate and establish people's world outlook and methodology, and it is also a process of values in modern society. With the development of Vipassana education, Vipassana culture will attract more and more anthropologists, sociologists, psychologists and psychologists. Vipassana education is also an important aspect of Vipassana culture to construct value consciousness.

From the perspective of educational communication, the appearance of Vipassana culture, especially her return to humanity, is the development and extension of human culture. Education and communication are carried out through communication methods and channels such as Vipassana culture magazine, Vipassana culture philosophy guide and Vipassana culture psychotherapy. The connotation and characteristics of Vipassana culture are deeply rooted in people's hearts, and the special effects of Vipassana culture are also changing the social structure, the cultural environment for survival and the whole cultural world. People now understand that understanding Vipassana culture can be achieved through face-to-face communication and heart-to-heart communication. On the other hand, it is mainly through course training to form a value alliance in the seller's market and implement a new set of educational communication methods to achieve the goal. Make people consciously or unconsciously accept the value and significance of Vipassana culture, so as to subtly grasp its cultural characteristics and values, and make people surrounded by mindfulness psychological places day and night, loaded with new cultural value information, network social life, thus forming a meaningful new cultural world. It constitutes a pure atmosphere different from and higher than the traditional living environment, and also constitutes a new social and cultural system for people to recognize new cultures. The spread of Vipassana education has changed the way people construct value consciousness;

1. The value consciousness of Vipassana cultural communication is based on the development of the hidden intelligence power in human life, which is obtained through human participation, and through human participation, the knowledge, understanding and cognition of human nature are obtained, thus obtaining the cultural value consciousness of perceptual intelligence. Not only across time and space, but also across social groups.

Secondly, Vipassana culture develops the intelligence of the educated in a simple way, which is triggered by the sensory function of the educator and starts the intelligence of the educated.

Third, educational communication has not only changed the way of value construction, but also changed the content of value construction. Vipassana education is awareness education, and awareness education of Vipassana culture is a special development of human potential intelligence, with the direct purpose of developing intelligence, training Vipassana intelligent talents, learning and popularizing Vipassana cultural awareness intelligence theory, and changing people's experience and knowledge, customs and habits, ethics and customs, time and space and other cultural concepts. The Chinese nation is a country of etiquette, and etiquette is the soul of the Chinese nation and is admired by the world. The history of ethics is the history of morality. Ethical thought is an important part of philosophical thought, and philosophical thought and ethical thought are intertwined. Through ethics, we can express the world outlook of philosophical thoughts, and we can also use philosophical thoughts to explain ethical issues. Ethical ideology is also an organic part of the cultural system. The universal morality "Four Infinite Hearts" in Vipassana Etiquette is the concrete embodiment of Vipassana culture ethics. Caring for the soul and practicing Zen in life are the essential manifestations of Vipassana law.

(1), Universal Morality: Four Infinite Hearts

Define from the standpoint of being kind to yourself, others, all beings and everything:

Kindness: give yourself and all beings happiness; It can heal the resentment inside.

Sorrow: pull out the pain of yourself and all beings; It can cure the violent tendency in the heart.

Happiness: follow the achievements of yourself and all beings; Can cure inner jealousy.

Shed: not affected by the shaking of things; Can treat inner love with persistence and disgust.

Therefore, the rules of Vipassana take compassion and happiness as our residence and residence. In contrast, we take the "five desires"-color, sound, fragrance and touch as our residence and residence, that is, sensory pleasure as our residence and residence. Therefore, when our hearts live in four or any "home" of compassion and joy, our inner realm transcends the existence of desire, and our hearts are full of boundless joy and happiness.

Compassion Zen cultivates this emotion through meditation. Infinite mind transcends the category of "goodness" in ordinary people's minds, and it is a kind of goodwill, compassion, happiness and peace that breaks through all boundaries. You can eliminate the gap between yourself and others; Eliminate the barriers between relatives and friends, enemies and themselves; Eliminate the barriers of class, race and religion; Even eliminated the gap between human and non-human, and spread compassion infinitely.

1, kindness (sadness and joy) radiates to yourself, making your whole body and mind full of kindness.

2. Send compassion forward, backward, left, right, up and down, and let your heart continue to be filled with compassion inward (your body and mind) and outward (all living things).

(2) Zen in life: the unity of knowledge and action.

Compassion and happiness can be applied in daily life, and selflessness, impermanence and mindfulness can also be cultivated in daily life. As long as you always look at your present body and mind in your daily life and keep mindfulness and awareness in your daily life, you can live a quiet and comfortable life. Life meditation is a dynamic introspection, with eyes and ears naturally open, and people can easily know their current body movements intuitively: taking menstruation as an example, they can easily walk back and forth and intuitively know their current foot movements; In walking, living, sitting and lying down, you can cultivate continuous mindfulness, and then you can clearly see your feelings and thoughts and stop being involved in troubles. There are bound to be problems in life, and the problems that arise are often dilemmas. It is important to cultivate a stable and sober mind to deal with these problems, not to escape. By practicing Vipassana constantly, I can not only see the movement of my body, but also see the source of these problems-the movement of my heart, which comes from all kinds of delusions and selfishness. Through the in-depth study, we can see that the body and mind are impermanent and egoless, so we will not cling to ourselves, nor will we stick to our own opinions and ideas, and we will have negative psychology such as greed and hatred, so we can handle difficulties calmly. Vipassana in life is very simple, but it is often ignored. In the process of meditation, there will be different physical and mental reactions, which vary from person to person. Ignore these phenomena and be constantly aware of your current physical and mental movements, so that your wisdom will naturally appear. The only person who can free himself from pain is his own wisdom. If you want to be wise now, you must cultivate a strong and stable insight, so that you can get rid of the shackles of difficulties, fully understand the meaning of life and become a truly comfortable person.

(3) Social norms of 21century

The rules of Vipassana etiquette are both abstract and concrete, both principled and practical, and have become the guidelines and action guides for Vipassana intellectuals' special new interpersonal relationships. Start with life practice; Starting from self-reflection on one's physical and mental practice, having passed the highest life criterion of awareness, selflessness and impermanence, and grasping human nature in advance will surely become the social moral norm of 2 1 century. Vipassana industrialization is the ultimate realization of the essential value of Vipassana cultural etiquette and Vipassana cultural education. Through course training, we can form a value alliance in the seller's market and implement a new mode of educational communication to achieve the ultimate goal of training. Vipassana cultural etiquette, Vipassana cultural pedagogy and Vipassana industrial science constitute Vipassana cultural character.

Three characteristics of Vipassana culture:

(1) In order to survive, we must solve the fundamental problem of material civilization. Therefore, we must create theories and methods to realize material civilization. We must also create cultural characteristics such as organizational form and property system for the production and distribution of material culture. This is the first characteristic of the cultural system, and the concept of material life is produced through reflection on it. With the expansion of business scope and the deepening of commodity economy, the concepts of entrepreneurship, career, property, distribution and persistence have produced products, costs, prices, profits, markets, efficiency and organizational leadership and management. Therefore, the unique golden mean management system and the concept of giving full play to people's talents, making the best use of things and giving full play to their best state in Neiguan Industrial Science are all derived from the creation of material civilization.

(2) People also need a healthy psychological development, constantly surpassing nature, including people themselves. This requires creating a culture that meets the needs of mental health development. This is the second main feature of Vipassana culture, which is constructed to satisfy the development and transcendence of human psychology. To develop psychology, it is necessary to carry out psychological research, clinical practice of psychoanalysis and develop naikan therapy, so the concept of "psychological medicine" comes into being. This character belongs to the (psychological) intermediary character and has a higher level of psychological civilization values than the first character.

(3) The third character is mindfulness and self-consciousness, which liberates the mind. World events are not important at all. In the final analysis, the most important thing is personal life-the human mind can be liberated from life, transcend "everything", transcend "existence" and live in the conscious mindfulness of the moment. Only then did the Great Change happen for the first time. The meditation of Vipassana culture provides a practical way for human beings to surpass themselves, and also provides a way for human beings to know themselves and the universe. This character belongs to spiritual character, which is the only way for human beings to acquire perceptual intelligence and the ultimate embodiment of spiritual civilization.
