Legal basis: Article 6 of the Measures for Hygiene Management in Traffic Public Places. Anyone who engages in direct service in public places mainly serving passengers and employees must have a health check-up once a year. New personnel engaged in this work must first undergo a health examination and obtain a health certificate before taking up their posts. Operators of traffic public places shall declare the list of inspected personnel to the traffic health supervision institution before April 30 each year. The health examination shall be undertaken by the traffic health supervision institution or its designated medical department. Inspection work shall be completed before June 30 each year. Operators of traffic public places shall report the inspection results to the competent department of traffic health within one week after the inspection. The traffic health supervision institution shall issue a health certificate to those who pass the inspection.
