1. Persons who have been completely vaccinated with inactivated vaccines (such as those of Sinopharm and Kexing).
Pre-detection of 2 1-28 days, pre-detection of 7 days, and cross-double detection of 48 hours before boarding should be completed. The contents of three rounds (four times) of detection are all nucleic acid (PCR) detection.
2. Complete the vaccination of non-inactivated vaccines (such as Pfizer, Madena, Kangxinuo and other vaccines).
2 1-28 days pre-inspection, 7 days pre-inspection and cross-double inspection 48 hours before boarding shall be completed. Among them, the two rounds of pre-detection on 2 1-28 days and the cross-double detection 48 hours before boarding were all nucleic acid (PCR) detection and IgM serum antibody detection, and the pre-detection on 7 days was only nucleic acid (PCR) detection, including 4 nucleic acid (PCR) detection and 3 IgM serum antibody detection.
Note: Persons who are vaccinated with inactivated vaccine and non-inactivated vaccine at the same time shall be tested according to the test items of those who are completely vaccinated with inactivated vaccine (see 1). You can apply for health code only after the last vaccination 14 days (excluding).
Non-vaccinated personnel and those who are regarded as non-vaccinated are tested according to the test items of non-inactivated vaccine vaccinators (see 2). Those who are regarded as not vaccinated include: those who are not fully vaccinated (if this kind of vaccine should be vaccinated with 2 shots, the actual vaccination is 1 shot; Or should be vaccinated with 3 shots, actually vaccinated with 1-2 shots), those who fail to complete the vaccination process at the specified time interval (such as injecting 2 doses of vaccine a day), those who do not hold the vaccine certificate or cannot be inspected.

Passengers are requested to contact three inspection agencies designated by our library 48 hours before the flight takes off, 2 1-28 days before boarding, 7 days before boarding and 48 hours before boarding, and make an appointment to take samples from the inspection agencies and receive inspection reports directly from them.
1. Pre-inspection time: subject to the date of sample collection or sample receipt. 3. Requirements for photos of inspection report: Please inform the inspection agency that the purpose of inspection is to take a direct flight to China, and ask the inspection personnel to take photos of passengers with passports (without masks) on the spot, and ensure that the photos on the inspection report are the same photos.
Note: Our library only accepts the test reports issued by the following three testing institutions in Islamabad regional headquarters or branches. The test reports issued by other testing institutions of the above three testing institutions or branches of other provinces and cities will not be recognized by our library.

2. Closed-loop isolation passengers will enter the closed-loop isolation state immediately after completing the pre-inspection sampling for 2 1-28 days until boarding. At the same time, the original infected persons (those who have been diagnosed, are positive for nucleic acid, have not been vaccinated or are regarded as positive for IgG or IGM serum antibody) should fill in the self-health monitoring form 14 days before boarding the plane (see annex1for the materials required before monitoring and pre-inspection); Other passengers who declare normally should fill in the self-health monitoring form 7 days before boarding the plane (see Annex 2). For example, the boarding time of flights is 65438+1October 29th, 65438+1October 15- 28 days before boarding, and 65438+1October 22nd-28 days before boarding.
3. China citizens who apply for health codes (including those who hold China passports, travel permits, Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, and Taiwan Province residents' passes to and from the mainland) search for "International Epidemic Prevention Health Code" through WeChat or scan the QR code below. Please upload the health code application materials as soon as possible within the following deadline, without waiting for the results of the cross-check report 48 hours before boarding. If the materials are not submitted on time or are incomplete, you will not get the health code.

Note: when applying for a health code for a small program, the testing institution must choose an institution located in Islamabad, otherwise the materials will be uploaded to the consulate of the corresponding consular district of the testing institution; Inspection sampling time must be 48 hours before boarding. Please do not select the preview date, otherwise it will be displayed as an invalid gray code.
4. Special reminder (1): Passengers should bring their original passports when conducting inspection, so that the personnel of the inspection agency can compare, inspect and take photos for retention.
(2) According to our library's understanding, the cost of each testing institution 1 nucleic acid testing is about 5000-6000 rupees, and the cost of 1 nucleic acid testing and 1 IgM serum antibody testing is about 7000-8000 rupees. If passengers need to take samples from testing institutions at home, please call the telephone numbers of testing institutions published by our library or the contact numbers published by testing institutions in official website to find out the specific testing items and details.

(4) For passengers from third countries who come to Pakistan to transfer to China, please refer to our notice No.202111reiterating the relevant requirements for remote prevention and control of third country personnel coming to Pakistan to transfer to China.
(5) All foreign visitors to Central China should strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, and be sure to provide true and effective identity certificates and vaccination certificates. Anyone who impersonates or forges proof materials shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
(6) In view of the seriousness of the current epidemic situation in COVID-19, our library once again reminds citizens in China to strengthen epidemic prevention and adhere to the principle of "non-emergency, non-necessity, no travel".
(7) Determination of common vaccine types:
Common inactivated vaccine
Chinese medicine (national medicine), 2 doses in the whole course, it is recommended to vaccinate with booster needles.
Kexing, 2 doses throughout the course, it is recommended to have a booster shot.
